In the actual teaching of college tennis elective courses,the design of teaching methods for college students with a certain tennis foundation must take into consideration the simulation effects of each element of the game environment and the technical application of the formal game.Restricted segments between 4 beats and multi-shot segments with more than 5 beats.Each of these three segments must be clearly divided and connected,and at the same time,it must reflect the completion of teaching goals through practical technical teaching operations and improve Students' learning interest and excitement of sports potential.This plays a very important role in ensuring the effectiveness between the design of teaching methods and teaching effects,improving the level of motor skills of students in special classes,and ensuring the quality of teaching.However,the current college tennis special teaching mainly teaches students basic batting movements.Students rely on a series of fixed formats,such as uninterrupted self-practice,multi-ball practice,and teacher demonstration of student imitation.The proportion is small.This kind of simple fixed-kick is not enough to allow students to learn more actively and improve the level of tennis skills and abilities,and it does not help improve the quality of teaching.Therefore,researching and exploring the segmented practical technical teaching of tennis for colleges and universities has certain theoretical and practical guiding significance for further reforming and improving the teaching methods and methods of college tennis specialized courses and improving the individual comprehensive sports skills.In this study,the literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,and video analysis method were used.96 male students selected by Shanghai University with a certain tennis foundation for the second grade were selected as experimental subjects.Insufficient technical and tactical teaching in the elective course teaching,using "S snowball" method to inject teaching,combined with the dynamic timeliness of segmented actual combat technology teaching,coordinating the use of different stages of technology,distinguishing between segmented actual combat technology teaching and traditional technology The study effect of this method confirms its feasibility experimental research.The main conclusions of the study are as follows.in conclusion:1.The segmented actual combat technology teaching of Tennis Specialized Course takes competition-related factors as the core,and according to the college students' tennis skill level and the basic technical practical application characteristics of each stage,the technical differences between the scores and the scores and the teaching goals are accurately determined It meets the students' needs for practical technical teaching and learning,and has certain feasibility2.Compared with traditional teaching,the segmented combat technology teaching has five significant factors in each segment,except for the service factor,which has no significant difference.The other four are better than the traditional teaching.The advantages of the hair extension section and the restricted section are obvious,and the multi-shot ability is better than traditional teaching;the physical fitness level has increased,except for speed and endurance,there is no significant difference between the other two.3.The application of segmented combat technology teaching in tennis elective courses in colleges and universities can help students to experience the effects of subjective sports and gain a sense of self-exercise.It has a positive feedback effect on the evaluation of student self-efficacy.4.The segmented combat technology teaching basically meets the students' learning needs and teaching goals.It has improved the students' basic physical fitness and special sports skills,and the students' feedback on the after-school learning effect has improved significantly.Therefore,the segmented combat technology teaching has certain operability.Suggest:1.College students should take part in practical exercises in learning tennis special techniques.The traditional single-handed teaching competition lacks incentives for students' subjective efforts and is relatively weak in teaching feedback.Course requirements and corresponding practical difficulties should be clearly established.Actively stimulate students' enthusiasm and creativity.2.The teaching course is carried out with the mutual cooperation of teachers and students,which is more conducive to the rise of students' emotional experience,reasonable adjustment of classroom density and content distribution,so that student learning and teachers and professors proceed simultaneously.3.To establish the goal of lifelong physical education,educators should always stand on the perspective of comprehensive development for students,start from practical issues,and evaluate the effects of physical education on students in various aspects.Retain tennis base group personnel.
