Analysis On The Development Characteristics Of Gross Motor Skills Of 3-5-year-old Children In Qilihe District Of Lanzhou City

The physical fitness level in early childhood is the foundation of the young people's physical fitness.To cultivate the young children's interest and habit to participate in sports activities will have a vital influence on the later physical and mental health development,the ability to adapt to the environment and even the life-long physical participation.Under the guidance of relevant national policy documents,it has become a hot topic to cultivate children's exercise habits and promote children's healthy development,and the development of children's basic motor skills is the guarantee to promote children's health,it will have a positive impact on the future learning of motor skills and the formation of good motor experience.In this study,the development characteristics of gross motor skills of3-5-year-old children in Qilihe district,Lanzhou City,Gansu Province were taken as the research object,and the methods of literature and measurement(the test of gross motor skills)were adopted< Using the methods of TGMD-3 >),mathematical statistics,309 3-5-year-old children(165 boys and 144 girls,with an average age of4.16 ± 0.71)from two public kindergartens in Qilihe district of Lanzhou City were selected as the test objects.The characteristics of children's gross motor skills development were studied from the aspects of age,gender,ethnic group,region(urban and rural)To analyze and discuss.The results show that:(1)The 3-5-year-old children in Qilihe district of Lanzhou City have higher mobile skills than ball control skills.(2)With the natural growth of children's age,the proficiency level of children's gross motorr skills also increases.(3)There was no significant difference between girls and boys in mobile skill proficiency(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference between boys and girls in ball control skill proficiency(P > 0.05).(4)The development of basic motor skill proficiency of Hui children was higher than that of Han children on the whole,and there was significant difference in the scores of movement skills between them(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in ball control skills(P > 0.05).(5)The development of gross motor skill proficiency of urban children was higher than that of rural children,and there was significant difference between them in mobile skills(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference inball control skills(P > 0.05).In the gross motor skills of children in Qilihe district of Lanzhou City,the mobile skills are mostly affected by age,ethnic group,urban and rural factors,while the ball skills are only affected by age factors.Children's gross motor skill proficiency is caused by the differences of gender,ethnic group,urban and rural areas and regions,showing different proficiency.According to the research on the characteristics of children's gross motor skills,the following strategies are proposed to promote the development of children's gross motor skills:(1)According to the characteristics of children's gender and age,the activity content that conforms to the development law of gross motor skills is designed.(2)According to the differences of children's ethnic groups and urban and rural areas,the evaluation standards of regional children's gross motor skills were established.(3)To strengthen the gross motor skills of preschool teachers to develop theoretical knowledge and teaching practice ability.(4)Improve the playground equipment of kindergarten,and create good conditions for the development of children's gross motor skills.
