Research On The Impact Mechanism Of Public Leisure Well-being Of Tourism Community Residents Under The Framework Of Leisure Welfare And Well-being

In the era of national leisure,national leisure demand and power appeals are unprecedentedly high,leisure welfare and well-being has become a social issue that people pay more and more attention to.However,the lag and imbalance in the development of inter-regional and intraregional public leisure space established by China's urban development process,as well as supply and demand misalignment and reduced efficiency of public leisure products caused by the differentiation of residents and spatial differentiation,which portends the injustice of leisure supply for urban residents.As a unique area of urban space,urban tourism destinations also face the problem of public leisure resource sharing under the interaction between the host and the guest.Therefore,how to represent the public leisure life status of residents in the tourism community,to protect and enhance the leisure welfare and well-being of residents has become a real problem that needs to be solved now.Domestic and foreign research on leisure well-being is mainly reflected in three aspects: research on the evaluation and distribution of objective material leisure space;exploration on the influential factors and corresponding mechanism of resident behavior restriction research on residents' participation in leisure;research on the composition of subjective well-being of residents' participation in leisure.However,there are relatively few studies that comprehensively explore leisure welfare and well-being,especially the lack of structure and empirical research on the overall process of residents 'perception of public leisure supply,actual leisure participation and leisure satisfaction perception,which also characterizes residents' public leisure life status.In view of this,based on the evolution path and logic of leisure welfare and well-being,this study attempts to define the connotation of leisure welfare and well-being and construct a framework of leisure welfare and well-being.Combined with the case study,this paper proves that the residents' public leisure happiness impact mechanism and leisure welfare effectiveness difference under the leisure welfare and well-being framework,then provide suggestions for improving leisure welfare and well-being in the case.This study considers that leisure welfare and well-being is the sum of citizens' leisure life participation and good leisure life experience based on the national public leisure supply;it is one of three aspects including objective leisure material and condition supply,subject leisure participation and subjective well-being perception of the subject;and the current leisure welfare and well-being should be a response to the difference in residents' needs.Based on the concept of leisure welfare and well-being,this study builds a framework for the positive circulation of leisure welfare and well-being from the perspective of residents' perception.It consists of three parts: residents' public leisure well-being impact mechanism model,differences in leisure welfare and well-being effectiveness between residents' stratification and spatial differentiation,and government's response to public leisure supply.Case studies are used to provide realistic evidence for this theoretical framework.Based on the framework of leisure welfare and well-being,this study builds a SEM model of the impact mechanism of public leisure well-being of residents in tourist communities.Taking the residents of the tourist community of Hangzhou West Lake World Heritage Site as the research object,through model fitting and verification,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.The model of the impact mechanism of residents' public leisure well-being is applicable;2.Leisure supply and leisure involvement are the main sources of residents' public leisure wellbeing;3.Leisure environment has a stronger impact on residents' high-level leisure well-being;4.The addition of perception factors of leisure deprivation has modified the traditional model of leisure well-being;5.The public leisure supply and deprivation of the West Lake World Heritage Site is isotropic.In order to further analyze the social characteristics of leisure welfare and well-being,using the Kruskal-Wallis test,the group differentiation studies of different strata and different living spaces were conducted on the elements of “perception of public leisure supply,perception of public leisure deprivation,public leisure space-time involvement,and public leisure(foundation / growth)well-being”.The research not only found the stratification of leisure welfare and well-being,the upside down phenomenon of well-being perception and the social difference of deprivation perception,but also the spatial differentiation of leisure wellbeing different characteristics,the polarization of leisure welfare and well-being under the influence of tourism.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are given: 1.Pay attention to the community sensitivity of leisure deprivation,and vigorously develop cultural and sports leisure;2.Change the low leisure involvement of middle class,and continuously improve the vitality of community leisure service;3.Solve the problem of mismatch in leisure supply in tourist communities and improve residents' sense of public leisure.On the basis of previous research conclusions and speculations,this study proposes the response requirements of leisure welfare and well-being to the differences in residents' needs,tries to put forward the concept of leisure welfare and well-being,and builds a framework of leisure welfare and well-being;based on the empirical evidence of the uniqueness of the tourism community,it presents the applicability of the impact mechanism of residents' public leisure well-being in the framework of leisure welfare and well-being;and finds the stratification of public leisure well-being in tourist communities,and its main influencing factors-" public leisure supply perception " and " public leisure time-space involvement ";the traditional leisure well-being model was modified by the addition of perception factors of leisure deprivation.Based on the test of the difference in leisure welfare and well-being of different residents groups,it has empirically verified the problem of the difference in leisure welfare and well-being under the differentiation and spatial differentiation of residents.
