Research On Optimization Of Talent Ecological Enviroment In Xiangshan County

Strengthening the construction of talent ecological environment is an inevitable trend and scientific choice under the talent strengthening strategy.Based on the status quo of talent ecological environment construction in Xiangshan County,this paper uses the literature combing method to collect relevant literature,conduct research and analysis methods to visit relevant departments in the county,conduct face-to-face interviews with leaders and relevant staff,and comprehensively collect and collate relevant personnel work in Xiangshan.data.On this basis,based on Maslow's theory of hierarchy theory,two-factor theory and ERG theory,Talent power theory,the status quo and problems of the target mountain's ecological environment are analyzed and judged,and corresponding optimization measures are proposed accordingly.Firstly,starting from the theoretical analysis of the talent ecological environment,this paper has clarified the research at home and abroad through the research on the importance of the ecological environment of the talents,the factors affecting the ecological environment of the talents,the construction standards of the talented ecological environment and the optimization of the ecological environment of the talents.The current situation is that although the predecessors' research is more comprehensive,from the perspective of the government and the county level,there are few considerations,and the optimization measures are a little bit of a stop.This is the content that this paper needs to further deepen the research.Secondly,starting from the elements of the ecological environment of talents,this paper makes a macro analysis of the current situation of talent ecological environment in Xiangshan County in 2012-2018.Although it has achieved certain results,there is still a weak industrial cluster,and it is difficult to match the structure of the industrial structure.Adjustment;policy accuracy and implementation are lacking,policy differentiation advantage is not obvious;entrepreneurial innovation conditions are immature,atmosphere is not strong,talent potential is difficult to be released;talent training carriers are scattered,talent self-sufficiency is weak;urban life quality is not High,there are five problems in the hardware that lack the attractiveness of staying.Thirdly,this paper compares the current status of talent ecological environment construction in foreign countries and other parts of the country,such as foreign “Silicon Valley Model”,“Silicon Lane Model”,“Bozeman Model” and domestic Shanghai Songjiang,Zhejiang Yuyao,Zhejiang Yuhang,Qinghai Sea.The practice of talent ecological environment construction in the East and other regions puts forward the experience and optimization direction that Xiangshan County can learn from.Finally,based on the above research,this paper puts forward the general idea of the ecosystem for the survival and development of suitable talents in Xiangshan County and the implementation path of “3+N”,as well as specific suggestions for optimizing the ecological environment of talents in Xiangshan County,such as accelerating the formation of industrial clusters.Increase scientific and technological innovation,increase policy support,improve the talent social service system,build a research support system,improve urban quality,and reshape life concepts.
