Research Of Talent Ecological Environment Evaluation In The Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone

With the deepening of the economic globalization, talents have become the decisivefactor in the development of economy. Having the advantage of the talents, not only can formthe region’s self-innovation capability, but also can be the "material" basis in attracting theexternal resources inflow. The key of the talent-attracting is in the level of talent environment—talent ecological environment. So, in a sense, talent competition is also the competition oftalent ecological environment. How to attract the the best people depend on the superior talentecological environment, has become the priority strategy of seeking the development in everycountries and regions.On the basis of combing the talent environment theory with the practice, this paperestablishes a systematic, operable, quantitative comprehensive evaluation indices system tothe talent ecological environment, which provides some theoretic basises for the talentecological environment evaluation in the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone. As to thespecific research method, this paper do the collecting of talent ecological environmentsatisfaction survey questionnaire, and then make the SEM analysis for these questionnairedatas. And on this basis, this paper do some research on the talent ecological environment ofthe Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, using the index and data from the statisticalyearbook and the factor analysis method. At last, it analyzes the talent ecological environmentsituation of the main cities in the Po area.
