In today's world,economic and technological competition among countries is increasingly reflected in competition for independent innovation.In the era of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,emerging industries and jobs are emerging one after another.The requirements for talents are also very different from those of the past.The cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship quality and ability is extremely urgent.In2018,Fuzhou City had 40,459 students enrolled in secondary vocational schools,with an enrollment increase of 12.1% and a graduate of 10,165.Secondary vocational education is the "half of the country" in China's vocational education.Integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into secondary vocational education is an important part of the development of secondary vocational education in the new era.This paper first introduces the concepts and theoretical foundations related to innovation and entrepreneurship education,and clarifies the research objects and theoretical guidance.Secondly,it outlines the necessity and basic situation of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in Fuzhou Vocational School.Thirdly,the detailed investigation plan is formulated to analyze the problems existing in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational schools in Fuzhou City from the perspectives of students' innovation and entrepreneurship cognition,school innovation and entrepreneurship ability training system and innovation and entrepreneurial environment.According to the investigation and analysis,the main problems include: traditional thinking,teacher and student cognitive bias affect the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools;the teaching system of teacher team,curriculum development,teaching organization and evaluation methods are flawed;The poor environmental atmosphere is reflected in the fact that the information is ignored,the feedback from the enterprise is not timely,the practice environment is underdeveloped,and the research atmosphere is not formed.Finally,based on the existing problems,and drawing on the experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education at home and abroad,it is proposed toestablish a new concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,establish a sound innovation and entrepreneurship education system,and cultivate a good environment for innovation and entrepreneurship to improve the employment competitiveness of students.Related countermeasures.
