Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education Strategy Of Secretary Major In Secondary Vocational Schools From The Perspective Of Educational Ecology

Innovation leads the development of the times,and innovative talents become a new source of power for social and economic development.Because of the development needs of innovative talents,innovation and entrepreneurship education emerges as the times require,and it has become one of the trends of educational reform and development.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is based on the core of stimulating people’s innovation literacy,and the main goal is to cultivate the innovation spirit and entrepreneurial ability of human beings,and finally to a new educational concept and practice of future career innovation and entrepreneurship development.As the basic stage of vocational education system,secondary vocational schools have the advantages that other types of schools can not compare in training the talents of primary and secondary skills,and it is also imperative to undertake the mission of promoting social development by innovation and entrepreneurship education.Among them,as the cradle of the training of the primary and intermediate secretarial talents,the current development of secretarial specialty is facing the awkward situation of "internal and external problems".It is also necessary to carry out the education reform boldly,introduce the innovation and entrepreneurship education into the training plan of the primary and intermediate secretarial talents,strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship quality and ability of the students and improve the market competitiveness of students.In recent years,the innovation and entrepreneurship education of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational school has been gradually carried out,and the curriculum,platform and mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education have been gradually established,but there is still a gap with the level of innovation and entrepreneurship education.This study takes educational ecology as the research perspective,based on the ecosystem theory,human capital theory and three helix concept,and analyzes the ecological system of typical schools of innovation and entrepreneurship education at home and abroad,summarizes the dimensions and parameters of the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and constructs the ecological model of innovation and entrepreneurship education for secretarial majors in secondary vocational schools,And based on the model,the paper analyzes the problems and causes of the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecology of the Secretary Specialty in secondary vocational school,and puts forward the specific strategies to promote the ecological development of the innovation and entrepreneurship education of the secretarial specialty in secondary vocational colleges.The introduction mainly discusses the background,significance and purpose of the research on innovation and entrepreneurship education of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational school,and summarizes the relevant research literature at home and abroad.After a deep understanding of the background of the study,the research methods and ideas are determined to prepare for the future research.In the definition of concept and theoretical basis,through reading the literature,the author defines several concepts involved in this research.Firstly,it defines the connotation of innovation education,entrepreneurship education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and points out that the three are closely related and have the characteristics of grid.Secondly,it is a complex organic whole to clarify the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecology on the basis of the definition of the concept of educational ecology.Finally,the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational school is defined.According to the characteristics of the secretary specialty,it is pointed out that the innovation and entrepreneurship education of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational school is a kind of education which tends to improve the innovation consciousness of the students in the secondary vocational secretarial.In addition,the theory of ecosystem,human capital,three helix and comprehensive development theory involved in this research are explained,which is the theoretical basis for this study.The second part is the construction of ecological model of innovation and entrepreneurship education of secretary major in secondary vocational school.This part is the key chapter of this study,which can be divided into two small parts.The first part is the experience reference.The typical demonstration schools of innovation and entrepreneurship education at home and abroad are sorted out ecologically,and the internal factors are analyzed from four perspectives of consumers,producers,influencers and decomposers,so as to find out their ecological commonalities,This paper summarizes the valuable experience of the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education ecology of secretary major in secondary vocational schools.The second part is the local construction.Based on the valuable experience and previous studies,the paper defines the manifestation of the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem model of secondary vocational secretary major,summarizes the ecological dimensions and parameters of innovation and entrepreneurship education of secondary vocational secretary major,and constructs the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem model of secondary vocational secretary major,The model provides a research reference for the following problems,causes and countermeasures.In addition,in order to enhance the fit between the ecological model and secondary vocational secretary major,this paper puts forward four principles of constructing the model: fit the talent training objectives of secondary vocational secretary major,highlight the unique professional characteristics of secondary vocational secretary major,promote the professional development of secondary vocational secretary major and broaden the career development path of secondary vocational secretary students.The second part is the investigation of the ecological status of innovation and entrepreneurship education in secretary major of secondary vocational school.This part is a survey of the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education of secretary major in secondary vocational schools.Combined with the ecosystem model of innovation and entrepreneurship education of secretary major in secondary vocational schools constructed in this study,it analyzes the current situation,the progress made in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education of secretary major in secondary vocational schools,and the gap and deficiency between the model and the model,And further ecological analysis of the problem.At present,there are five problems in the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecology of secretary major in secondary vocational schools,namely,imperfect environment,unbalanced structure,insufficient function,uncoordinated mechanism and weak ecological flexibility.Through the analysis of the problems,we find out the reasons,which are "low degree of attention","deviation of development concept","supporting system to be improved","lag of
