In recent years,the number of sports events held at home and abroad has been increasing.No matter whether the nature of the event is consumer or not,it means that the country pays more and more attention to sports and attaches importance to the national physique.“Working for an hour every day,healthy life for a lifetime” seems to be getting closer to today's life.People are pursuing spiritual enjoyment instead of the material enjoyment of the past.The number of participants in the marathon events and the age level from all over the country can reflect that the atmosphere of national participation in sports is increasing.At the same time,the number of people watching and watching the event has also increased.Therefore,research on sports events is necessary.Taking the 16 th Provincial Games of Fujian Province as an example,this paper conducts a satisfaction study on the spectator participating in the event to understand the holding situation of some provincial sports events,to understand what needs to be improved and improved,and which aspects are It is worth keeping it.The article mainly uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,IPA analysis method and other research methods,the article builds an spectator satisfaction index system based on the customer delivered value theory,and uses this index system as a survey tool to test some games of the provincial sports events.The study finally came to the following conclusions:(1)The audience satisfaction questionnaire of the Fujian Provincial Games consists of seven factors: product value,service value,personnel value,image value,currency cost,time physical cost and spiritual cost.There are 22 items in total.(2)The audience's overall satisfaction with the four project competitions was moderately satisfactory and above.From the perspective of the audience's satisfaction with the various factors and indicators of each project,the factor level: the audience has a high satisfaction value for each item's monetary cost factor,which is very satisfactory.The factors that the basketball project is very satisfied include the spirit.Cost and service value factors,except for the dissatisfaction of the product value factor in the swimming project,the other factors of each project are generally satisfactory and relativelysatisfactory.Indicator level: The track and field and basketball project audiences are dissatisfied with the audience's quality of the game and the publicity effect of the event;the audience of the swimming project thinks that the indicators of dissatisfaction include the intensity of the competition,the atmosphere of watching the game,and the service inside and outside the venue.The facilities and the promotion of the event;and the unsatisfactory audience of the football match is the intensity of the competition,the atmosphere of watching the game,the service facilities inside and outside the venue and the quality of the audience,and the promotion of the event is a place that the audience feels very dissatisfied.(4)Where improvements are needed in the later stages of the project: track and field competitions need to improve the level of competition,the atmosphere of the scene,the improvement of service facilities,the quality of the audience on the spot,the mental state of the athletes;the intensity of the basketball game The atmosphere of the game,the suspense of the game,the service facilities,the skill and tactics of the athletes,and the quality of the audience on the spot need to be improved;the intensity of the swimming competition,the atmosphere of the game,the service facilities,the audience The quality of the game,the promotion of the relevant information of the event,whether the competition venue(ground)is easy to return,whether it is easy to return,whether the game can let the audience know the relevant knowledge of the competition and the rules of the game,these aspects are the places to continue to improve;the intensity of the competition The service facilities,the technical and tactical level of athletes,the quality of the audience watching the game,and the promotion of information related to the event are the main disadvantages of the football game.Suggestions: Improve the level of audience satisfaction of the Provincial Games by improving the level system of the competition,strengthening the quality education of the citizens,optimizing various service facilities,increasing the propaganda of the competition,and formulating corresponding reward and punishment mechanisms.
