Along with the advance of the integration of urban and rural development of our country,rural migrant workers in the special social group more and more get the attention of people.Migrant children education problem is increasingly outstanding,mainly displays in the social discrimination,lack of family education,school,weak supervision,etc.Such contradictions exist migrant children education: parents desire their children can receive better education environment,but there are many restrictions;There is no limit to the school,education environment and to keep up with the demands of the development of education.Children of migrant workers can be divided into two categories,trailing children and left-behind children.Trailing children in different entrance to enjoy equal education rights,passive become education students of "marginalization",left-behind children in his hometown of entrance and separated from their parents,together with local governments lack of specialized management organization of left-behind children,the left-behind children education regulatory gaps.School,as a non-profit organization,is shouldering the to cultivate qualified successors of the socialist state and society,not only to cultivate the students' ability to work,but also to promote the all-round development of students' physique and fatigue,so that the students in the ability to work at the same time,have a correct outlook on life and values.So how to plan as a whole "school-migrant-the government" the relations between and among,is the key for the future development of migrant children,is also from the perspective of sustainable the key to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Migrant children education problem of the topic in the research of many scholars in recent years,mainly in the education system reform,the children of migrant workers rights,etc.,most said the government education policy,school education system as the research object,and on the influence factor of migrant children education research literature.This provides a research opportunity for this article.In this paper,the research themes are migrant children education factors.First through the literature analysis,review and the review of related literature and theory,analysis of the existing research at home and abroad were reviewed and refined to this article has the guiding significance to the article,based on the literature analysis combined with the related theory analysis of migrant children education present situation,and for migrant children education delivered value theory to analyze the factors which influence.Then on the basis of theoretical analysis,construction of migrant children education delivered value influence factor model,and according to the model,design the questionnaire survey.Survey including the migrant workers themselves relevant variables(age,level of education,the number of children,are engaged in industry,etc.),the demand for their children's education level,children education satisfaction related problems,etc.,are used to analyze which factors influence the migrant children education delivered value,at the same time,using SPSS statistical software to extract the important factors that affect satisfaction and sorted,and feedback to modify the original model.According to the revised model of migrant children education improvements are put forward.In this paper,the main research contents and research results:(1)In this paper,in-depth analysis of the current situation of migrant children education,the trailing children and left-behind children migrant workers two categories according to the society,family and school three aspects carries on the analysis,a more comprehensive expounds the status quo and existing problems of the migrant children education,and puts forward the migrant children education is helpful to develop the national education promotion strategy,is conducive to the solution of the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in China,is advantageous to the reasonable allocation of limited education resources.(2)In this paper,using the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis method,together with the present situation of migrant children education,maslow's demand level and the customer delivered value theory,investigation of migrant children education actual demand level,the migrant children education delivered value model is put forward.The customer delivered value theory and the combination of migrant children education,using statistical analysis and SPSS software,the paper analyses the assignment of the statistical characteristics and migrant children education workers themselves value influence factors and its importance.(3)The assignment of the migrant children education according to the revised value model migrant children education improvement opinions 1.Promote migrant workers families for education value awareness;2.Under the condition of limited government more reasonable allocation of resources,maximize improve migrant children education delivered value;3.Use the Internet to build schools,family communication platform,break the regional restriction,promote the communication between the family school;4.Call for the whole society is widely concerned about the problem of migrant children education for the future development of career of our country "three agriculture",completes the basic work.
