The "Interim Regulations on National Civil Servants" was passed at the second executive meeting of the State Council on April 24,1993.Since then,the curtain has been opened for civil servants to enter every compulsory examination.With the continuous improvement of the civil service examination system and the continuous expansion of the recruitment scale,the annual civil service recruitment examinations have gradually started to heat up,and competing to participate in the civil service examinations has gradually become a social hotspot phenomenon.At present,China's civil service examination training industry has formed a market structure of a variety of school-run entities,and there have been more than 10,000 civil service examination training institutions across the country.FB company is a medium-sized civil servant examination training institution,which has a certain reputation and market share in the civil servant examination training industry.Today,on the one hand,it is plagiarized by small industry institutions,and on the other hand,the top institutions in the industry continue to eat away market share.In such an external environment,only with innovative business ideas and innovative marketing models can FB companies win market share in civil servant examination training and achieve long-term sustainable development of the company.This thesis starts with the research on the market scale and marketing theory of the civil service examination and training,and makes clear the purpose and significance of the research on the marketing strategy of the public examination and training business.Based on the analysis of the current situation and marketing problems of the examination and training business of the FB company,we find out the reasons that restrict the development of the FB company's business,and use the SWOT theory and the 4P theory to propose marketing strategies and safeguard measures suitable for the promotion of the examination and training business of the FB company's civil servants.And from the marketing strategy,marketing methods of two aspects of detailed design.Design a set of marketing combinations that match the marketing strategy of FB company,improve the competitiveness and market share of FB company,enhance the cohesion of company employees,and promote the long-term healthy and sustainable development of the company.This study can provide reference for the development of the civil service examination and training business of FB company,and at the same time,it can provide some more reasonable and efficient suggestions for the management of current education and training institutions,thus promoting the improvement of China's education and training marketing strategy.Finally,promote the healthy and healthy development of the public examination education industry.
