Research On The Establishment Of Vocational Students' Integrity Files In Tangshan

College students' integrity file is an important basis for employers to evaluate students' performance in school.Integrity resume reduces the cost of students' job hunting and makes college students' employment win at the starting line.The establishment of the college students credit archives,use and promotion,can effectively help university students to establish relatively perfect credit management system,help the school improve its management level and management of the students,promote the students' self-discipline,employment and campus culture construction integrity,also is the important measures to build school honesty education brand.At the same time,it is also conducive to the establishment of four long-term working mechanisms and innovative development mechanisms,providing scientific data support for statistical decision-making work,which is a major embodiment of social and historical responsibilities.Therefore,in the process of rapid development and modernization of higher education,it is necessary and urgent to develop a management system for college students' credit files.This paper takes the construction of credit archives of students in higher vocational colleges in tangshan as the research object.Firstly,it clarifies the related concepts of credit archives.Based on the elaboration of related concepts,it comprehensively and systematically sorts out the application scope,basic contents and basic principles of credit archives of students.Secondly,the present situation of the construction of credit files of students in higher vocational colleges in tangshan is investigated.The survey samples,survey tools and questionnaire design are systematically elaborated.Finally,the survey results are analyzed.This paper expounds the reasons of the problems in the construction of credit files of higher vocational students in tangshan.Finally,the concrete measures and methods to promote the construction of credit archives management system for higher vocational students in tangshan are put forward.
