Study On Positive Parenting Program For Parents Of Destructive Behavior Children

In recent years,topics such as improper parenting education and parents' lack of education have gradually become hot spots,which undoubtedly impact children's behavior problems.At present,the correction of children's destructive behavior in China basically stops at the level of changing children themselves,while ignoring the influence of parents' educational methods on children's behavior.Between this,this article through the intervention of social workers,to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of positive parenting programs to change the parenting style,thus correcting the child's destructive behavior,aiming to improve the family interior,enhances the sense of belonging of children with destructive behavior and promotes positive communication between family members.This paper takes a destructive behavior of a third-grade student and its parents in a primary school in N city as the research object,and carries out the social work intervention based on positive parenting program.Through the participatory observation and in-depth home visit to understand the destructive behavior of the case,analyze the main causes of the problem.The intervention process includes five levels.It helps the parents of the case to understand positive parenting program,learn to use correct education methods,rationally treat the destructive behavior of the client,and improve communication within the family.The client is given a sense of self-worth and belonging,and corrects behavior problems.Through the analysis of the effect of case intervention,positive parenting program enables parents to obtain correct and rational parenting styles,and to achieve the effect of correcting children's destructive behaviors,so that children have a sense of belonging,and the effect of this intervention is comprehensive and long-lasting.This study believes that it is necessary,feasible and innovative to embed social work in the process of children's growth,and help parents of children with destructive behaviors improve their educational methods.Positive parenting program as an intervention means is good for treating children's destructive behavior.In the end,this study provides a new practical sample for social workers involved in family education and child behavior therapy,and has reference value for social worker practice in the field of behavioral therapy.
