Research On Parenting Needs Of Parents Of Infants And Young Children Aged 0-3

January 5,2016--the "comprehensive two-child" policy landed,and parents of infants aged 0-3 and young children made it difficult to weigh work and family.Exploring the parenting needs of parents of infants aged 0-3 years can,to a certain extent,help families reduce the burden of parenting,establish a more perfect 0-3-year-old infant care system,and then promote the implementation of the "comprehensive two-child" policy.In this study,a questionnaire survey and interview method were used to investigate the parenting needs of 6,143 parents of 0-3-year-old infants in the eastern city of J and the western city of D.The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software and single factor variance analysis,and the results after the interview were transcribed into text and encoded at level three.The study found that the parenting needs of parents of infants aged 0-3 were mainly concentrated in the areas of family rearing and institutional rehabilitation.The family parenting needs of parents of infants aged 0-3 years are mainly reflected in the needs of family upbringing,medical and health needs and social welfare needs.The institutional rearing needs of parents of infants aged 0-3 years are mainly reflected in the demand for the types,teachers,environment,distance and other factors of the education service institutions.At the same time,the parenting needs of parents of infants aged 0-3 years are not only universal,but also different in the East and West regions,parents,family structure and admission experience four.Using social welfare theory,new public service theory and rational person hypothesis theory to analyze the research findings,it is suggested that the State should play the triple role of policy law makers,economic supporters and public service providers in the parenting activities of infants aged 0-3 years.Finally,this study constructs the"pluralistic care”system model with the government as the leading,the society as the Auxiliary,and the family as the core.At the family level,paid parental leave is provided for parents;at the social level,a system of public care services is established;and at the national level,the cost of childcare is shared for families.Multi-party cooperation,respect for differences,in order to improve China's 0-3-year-old infant care system to make a modest effort.
