Current Situation Investigation And Countermeasure Research Of Senior Grade Career Education In Primary School

Career education runs through a person's life,including self-cognition,exploring the world,understanding the career,communicating with people,safety awareness and many other contents,and career education has different emphasis on the performance of students at different stages.With in this paper,we study the elementary school higher grades phase,mainly refers to primary school grade five and six students,career education started early in children's minds is not yet mature stage,according to early career cognition,career exploration,career preparation,help students cognitive self,communicate to others,to understand the world,to form their own unique form of career development.By means of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper investigates the career education of teachers and students in grade 5 and grade 6 of fengcheng primary school,understands the current situation of the development of career education in this class,finds out the problems and causes of the problems,and then puts forward corresponding Suggestions and improvement strategies.The first part is the introduction.In this part,the background,significance,thought and definition of relevant concepts of this paper are summarized.The second part is the investigation of the development of career education in Taiwan and abroad.In this part,the author makes a basic analysis of the development status of career education in the United States,Japan,the United Kingdom and Taiwan,and echoes with the Suggestions at the end of the paper.The third part is the questionnaire survey and interview of the five-and sixth-grade career education in fengcheng primary school.Through the questionnaire survey and interview with the teachers and students of class 6,grade 5,the author has an in-depth understanding of the current situation of the development of career education in this class and makes a brief analysis.The fourth part is about the problems in the development of career education and their causes.Through the investigation of the third part,through the analysis of the survey results,found the problems in the development of career education,and find out the causes of the problems.The fifth part is the strategy of improving the development of career education.This part is mainly divided into two aspects.On the one hand,it is a reference to the development of career education in China through the investigation of the development status of career education outside China and in Taiwan.On the other hand,according to the development status of career education in China,this paper puts forward some localized Suggestions.The last part is the conclusion.This part makes a brief summary of the research in this paper,points out the shortcomings of the research,and gives a good prospect for the future of career development.
