Psychological pressure is the state of physical and mental tension caused by people to external stimuli.Moderate pressure can promote people's development,while too high or too low psychological pressure will bring negative effects to themselves or the outside world.Table tennis course is popularized in college campus,different teaching methods are bound to have an impact on college students' body and mind.Using different teaching methods to explore table tennis class of ordinary female college students' psychological pressure,the influence of selecting 54 of liaoning normal university ordinary female university students for a semester of table tennis teaching experiment,and USES the "Chinese college students' psychological stress scale" for the average female students' psychological pressure is measured before and after the experiment.The independent sample t test was used to compare the pre-test and post-test of the experimental group and the control group,and the paired sample t test was used to analyze the pre-test and post-test of the experimental group and the pre-test and post-test of the control group.Research results:1.Before the experiment,the total scores of psychological stress of ordinary female college students using traditional teaching method and open teaching method were 125.19 and122.96,respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(p>,0.05).2.The total scores of psychological stress of ordinary female college students before and after traditional table tennis teaching were 125.19 points and 119.23 points,respectively,showing a very significant difference(p<0.01).3.The total scores of psychological stress of ordinary female college students before and after the open table tennis teaching were 122.96 points and 109.96 points,respectively,showing a very significant difference(p<0.01).4.The total score of psychological stress of ordinary female college students using traditional table tennis teaching and open table tennis teaching was 119.23 and 109.96,respectively,showing a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.01).Research conclusions:1.Traditional table tennis teaching has a positive impact on the psychological stress of ordinary female college students.2.Open table tennis teaching has a positive impact on the psychological pressure of ordinary female college students.3.Open table tennis teaching has a more significant effect on relieving the psychologicalpressure of ordinary female college students than traditional table tennis teaching.
