STSE is short for Science,Technology,Society and Environment,and emphasizes the interrelationship among science,technology,society and environment.Attaching importance to the selection and organization of the STSE's content theme and connecting production and life reality closely,which makes students realize that chemistry can create more material wealth to meet the people's growing needs for a better life and enables students to use the knowledge they have learned to explain and solve the related problems of STSE.The above-mentioned idea is an important concept of high-school chemistry curriculum in China.Based on literature research,the theory,development process and research status of STSE teaching are analyzed and sorted out.Through the questionnaire survey,we understand the knowledge,attitude and application of first-line teachers on STSE education,and through interviews with students,we understand the students' feelings about the connection of chemistry knowledge with production and life.On this basis,we can put forward strategies such as situational teaching method,role-playing method and problem-driven method in order to carry out high school chemistry teaching design and practice that are based on STSE education concept.After the practice,interview the students in the class to understand whether the students 'emotions,thinking methods,problem awareness and achievements have been improved after the STSE teaching practice,as well as the students' liking and desire to understand.Practical results show that infiltrating the STSE education concept in the teaching process is conducive to inspiring students to pay attention to the frontiers of science and technology,production,life and the environment,to cultivate students' scientific attitude and sense of inquiry,to improve their sense of social responsibility and the ability to apply subject knowledge to solve practical problems in life,And academic performance has improved.
