| Table tennis is China’s national sport.A complete talent delivery system and a good mass base are the guarantee for the prosperity and development of table tennis in China.In the initial training of talent delivery system,due to the development of social progress,the physical and psychological age of children in China is more mature than that in the last century.However,the author found that the content of the initial training of children’s table tennis involves little,which needs to be filled and developed.Therefore,we proposed a "three-step game method" for the initial training of children aged 5-6.The experiment object of "three-step game method" is the children aged 5-6 years.Through the research methods of experiment and literature,20 students from Guangya kindergarten in Wuhou District of Chengdu were selected for 60 times of comparative experiments.Through statistical analysis,the comparative experiments were carried out on the movement skills,sports interests,physical quality and classroom performance and the traditional training methods for children.The conclusions are as follows.(1)in the comparative experiment of forehand attack,backhand attack,drop point and action skill evaluation,the achievement of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.(2)Through the statistical analysis before and after the experiment,it is found that the favorite degree.(3)Through the statistical analysis of children’s physical quality including movement speed,endurance quality and sensitivity quality before and after the experiment,the experimental group is better than the control group.(4)Through interviews with teachers before and after the experiment,students’ classroom performance in the experimental group is better than that in the control group.Educators can teach students in accordance with their aptitude and fill in the gap of enlightenment for young children,hoping that they can Push into other sports!... |
