Educational practice is an important part of improving the quality of preschool teachers,and plays an indispensable role in deepening the theory of education and teaching and developing teaching skills.然eality shock' is a kind of emotional experience that normal school students must experience in their teaching practice,which mainly comes from the unequal information of practice.When normal students face然eality shock',schools,practice sites and interns themselves all play a role in their performance,but also cause different effects of "reality shock" on normal students.In order to give full play to the role of educational practice and reduce the negative impact of'reality shock',it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the然eality shock' of normal interns.This research adopts interview and text analysis method,and takes 32 college students majoring in pre-school education who are practicing or have just finished their practice in normal universities as interview objects.While conducting in-depth interviews with the interns majoring in preschool education in normal colleges and universities,some textual materials such as the internship diaries of the interviewees,their feelings during and after the internship are collected and analyzed.It is hoped that the 然eality shock' of the experience of preschool education interns can be restored through interviews and text materials,and the causes can be explored.Through the research,it is found that the 然eality shock' is mainly reflected in four aspects: the shock of preschool education profession,the shock of kindergarten environment,the shock of interpersonal relationship and the shocks of professional ability.The main reasons are that the interns are not prepared enough for the educational practice,the interns are confused about the role orientation,the interns do not get timely help and support,and the limitations of teacher education curriculum.The influence of 然eality shock' is mainly embodied in five aspects: the view of practice,the change of educational attitude,the change of teaching behavior,the change in self-personality and the change in job-hunting intention.Based on the interview data,text data and relevant literature,this study puts forward the following suggestions: Firstly,it is necessary for the interns to adjust their psychology,change their social role from students to teachers,strengthen theirpractice reflection and promote the transformation from theory to practice;Secondly,for normal colleges and universities,one is to implement practice mobilization and clear practice objectives,the other is to cultivate professional identity in teacher education,the third is to reform the curriculum and teaching of normal colleges and universities,and the fourth is to strengthen the intervention of psychological counseling.Give vent to the intern's negative emotions.Finally,it is very important for practice kindergartens to do a good job in screening kindergarten practice instructors and providing humanistic care for interns.
