With the development of the education,the competition is becoming serious for colleges and teachers.And the college teachers' job burnout has been a subject for the scholars and educators.The teachers' job burnout not only has a bad effect on teacher's work efficiency and work enthusiasm,but also the improvement of teaching and scientific of college.How to improve teacher's positivity and efficiency on work have become an important question for college.Under such backgrounds,the paper,from the human resource aspect,under the research of questionnaire and interview,goes to analyse the reasons of the teacher's job burnout,and try to find out the solution about this problem.The first part,the paper introduces the background,the meaning and the purpose of the research.The second part,the paper introduces the creation and the development of the job burnout,and the types of teachers' job burnout.It also tells the theories and measure tools about the research.The third part,A University is chosen as an example,through questionnaire and interview,the writer is able to analysis the teachers' job burnout of A University.The forth part,the writer finds out the reason about the teachers' job burnout of A University.The fifth part,the writer gives the solutions about the A University.The solutions not only will be reference for A University to deal with teachers' job burnout but for Chinese teaching staff construction.
