Occupational burnout has now become the focus of theoretical and practical research,especially in today's increasingly competitive environment,people's work pressure is gradually increasing,which leads to fluctuations in psychological factors,which can easily lead to occupational burnout.At the same time,there are still shortcomings in the academic research on job burnout,and there is no unified research conclusion on the job burnout of college teachers.Based on this,it is necessary to pay attention to job burnout.Based on the literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and in-depth interview method,this paper studies the signs of job burnout of college teachers in GS University,and discusses the causes,which has caused GS University to pay more attention to teachers in order to adopt more More active and effective measures to prevent or alleviate teacher burnout.First,it introduces the research background,research purpose and significance of this article,the current research situation at home and abroad,and the thinking methods adopted in this article;second,it sorts out and summarizes the generation and development of the definition of job burnout,and the performance and process of college teachers' job burnout,Elaborated the related theories of job burnout.Combining questionnaires and interviews to obtain preliminary data on teacher burnout in GS University and then analyze the job burnout status of GS University teachers,and analyze the causes of job burnout of GS University teachers;finally,combined with human resources theory Put forward solutions to the problem of college teachers' job burnout,and provide useful references for colleges and universities to take targeted measures to help teachers overcome job burnout.
