Contemporary college students as the supporting force of China's economic and social development,the comprehensive ability and quality endowed by higher education are not only the reserve of human capital for college students themselves,but also the inexhaustible driving force for the future development of the country.With the expansion of the scale of higher education in China,the expansion of college enrollment makes more students enjoy the opportunity to receive higher education,but also brings about the social doubts on the quality of their education.The academic achievement of college students can be used as an index to measure the empowerment of college students in higher education,it is not only the evaluation of college students' academic achievements,but also the comprehensive embodiment of their abilities and qualities acquired in college.Therefore,under the premise of exploring the influencing factors of academic achievement,analyze how to promote the improvement and development of college students' academic achievement through these factors.It is not only the direction of higher education innovation and development,but also the need for college students to equip themselves and reserve their own human capital through education.This research is guided by self-efficacy theory motivation reinforcement theory and hierarchy of needs theory.On the basis of consulting and combing related literatures at home and abroad,The theoretical model of academic self-efficacy and academic achievement is constructed.In this study,390 questionnaires were distributed to college students nationwide.328 valid questionnaires were collected.SPSS software and AMOS software were used for empirical analysis of the collected questionnaires.The conclusions are as follows: First,there is a positive correlation between college students' learning motivation and academic achievement.Second,there is a positive correlation between college students' learning motivation and academic self-efficacy,that is,the stronger the learning motivation is,the higher the learning self-efficacy is.Third,there is a positive correlation between college students' sense of learning self-efficacy and academic achievement,that is,the stronger the sense of learning self-efficacy of college students is,the higher their academic achievement;Fourth,academic self-efficacy plays a mediating role in learning motivation and academic achievement is.Based on the above empirical analysis,this paper puts forward corresponding Suggestions from the perspectives of stimulating students' learning motivation andimproving their sense of academic self-efficacy,so as to promote the overall improvement of their academic achievements.
