In the context of the implementation of the national strategy of "sports power" and "fitness for all",the post-match utilization of Erqinghui Stadium has become a key carrier for promoting fitness in Shanxi Province and achieving healthy Shanxi.As the post-match utilization of stadiums is a worldwide problem,how to achieve efficient post-match utilization and propose reasonable and targeted strategies and countermeasures to solve it is particularly important.This research uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other methods,and draws on the theory of LCA life cycle,cost-benefit,and social fairness measurement.The 58 National Stadiums of the Second National Youth Games are used as research objects.Combating the post-match supply of the venues,the current status of residents' needs,and the main factors affecting the use of the venues after the match,analyzing the problems existing in the use of the venues after the match,in order to propose strategies and countermeasures for the use of venues after the match,After the Youth League match,the stadium's utilization policy plan provides a theoretical reference.This article draws the following conclusions:First,residents 'demand for sports venues indicates that: residents' sports consumption awareness is strong,and venues need to improve transportation infrastructure to provide convenience;residents 'sports consumption is concentrated on traditional project activities and tends to be normal.Residents are particularly concerned about the accessibility of the venues.After sports consumption,their demand tends to the catering industry around the venues.Residents are more willing to consume diving and tennis and other sports items and agree with the commercial operation mode of the Erqing Club.It also meets the needs of residents' sports culture and activities to a certain extent.Second,there are ten major factors that affect the utilization of the Erqing Youth Games venues after the game,including important factors: post-match functional planning,institutional mechanisms,venue size,venue location and planning,professional level of operation teams and talents;secondary important factors :Government industrial policy support,school and social venues with venue attributes,venue specialization,radiated population,full budget and venue budget sources.Third,there is a lack of post-match utilization policies for the Second Youth League,a shortage of post-match utilization professionals,a low multi-purpose utilization rate,a low marketization efficiency,constraints on the management system of public institutions,and a lack of professional enterprise cooperation problem.Fourth,after the match,the layout and detailed design of the Erqinghui Stadium should be multi-centered and multifunctional,and the existing venues should be used to closely connect urban traffic,matching and adapting to the urban development pattern and community sports development.The use of functional planning after the game is divided into four functions: contest multiple functions,national fitness functions,modern service functions,education and teaching functions.To realize the function,we must determine the size of the radiation range and the service subject,and refine the flow of people and the partition of the venue.In order to diversify its business layout and highlight its national fitness function;the use of Erqing venues after the game must first determine its management mode,including direct operation,entrusted operation,contract lease,and share operation.Secondly,it is necessary to determine the benefit evaluation indicators to be used after the match,including:public welfare and business indicators.Fifth,the Second Youth Club Stadium needs to reform the management system of public institutions;it needs to cooperate with specialized companies to establish a corporate operating model;it needs to establish a professional team and actively introduce professional management talents;it is necessary to expand the opening of the stadium to the society;The venues should improve the function utilization and utilization rate;the development and utilization of the intangible assets of the venues need to be strengthened;the national large-scale sports events need to be actively applied to increase the secondary utilization rate.Comprehensive fitness activities are required.
