Research On The Influence Of Fragmentation Communication On The Ideological And Political Education Of College Students And The Countermeasures

Fragmentation communication is a special form of mass communication.The complete information has been broken down by various media platforms many times,resulting in a large number of fragmented and partial information fragments.It can be embodied in the fragmentation of the main body,information,media and audience,and the inefficiency of information.The essence of ideological and political education is to inculcate the mainstream ideology to college students,which has a certain degree of relevance with fragmentation communication.Ideological and political education of college students can be considered as a special communication activity.Fragmentation communication does more harm than good to ideological and political education of college students.On the one hand,the fragmentation communication has a positive impact to some extent.Fragmentation communication brings three positive effects: increasing the number of educators;reducing the object's resistance and improving their ability of information;enriching the content of ideological and political education of college students in terms of quantity,type and form.On the other hand,fragmentation communication has brought more negative effects on the ideological and political education of college students.The specific performance is as follows: educators' leading power is weakened and their discourse power is impacted;the thinking of educational objects is fragmented,the identification of socialist core values is reduced,media dependence is generated,and information alienation affects mental health.In addition,the complexity of educational environment and the decline of the influence and attraction of educational content are all the negative effects brought by the fragmentation communication.Through the analysis of the impact of fragmentation communication,this paper analyzes its educational subject,object and technical reasons,so as to lay a good foundation for effective countermeasures.Under the condition of the increasing influence of fragmentation communication,this paper tries to find countermeasures from three aspects: ideological and political educators,education objects and education mechanism,so as to jointly relieve negative influences.First,educators should improve their comprehensive ability and play the role of gatekeeper.Second,the education object should enhance the discrimination through the media literacy education and eliminate the negative influence through the mental health education.Thirdly,in the mechanism of ideological and political education for college students,we should pay attention to the establishment of feedback mechanism and improvement of guidance mechanism.
