Study On The Sports Historical Materials Of Gaogouli

Sports is one of the important contents of human life.For Chinese sports,now is undoubtedly the best era for development.The president Xi Jinping clearly proposed to accelerate the pace of building a powerful country in the sports.Throughout the history of human civilization,sports is an indispensable element.Among them,sports culture is an important part of human spiritual activity and a way of existence for human life.Therefore,research on sports culture is very important.Sports culture includes both the Central Plains sports culture and the sports culture of national minority,including both ancient sports culture and modern sports culture.Sports projects are the main way to reflect the sports culture most intuitively.By exploring sports of different nationalities across regions and time periods,we can clearly understand different sports cultures.This article mainly studies the sports culture of Gaogouli by analyzing the sports projects of the Gaogouli nation that lasted more than 600 years,and finally summarizes the characteristics of the sports culture of Gaogouli.The author completes this article from six parts: The first part focuses on the background of this article and the significance of selecting the topic,as well as the status of domestic and foreign research on Gaogouli's sports culture.The second part mainly introduces the main research objects and research methods used in the study of Gaogouli's sports culture.The third and fourth parts mainly introduce in detail the archery,the ancient acrobatics,the ancient wrestling,the dance and the Cuju project.In addition to these projects,some other projects that are rarely recorded in the historical materials are also introduced.The fifth part mainly compares the sports of Gaogouli with those of the Central Plains in the same period,so as to summarize the characteristics of Gaogouli's national sports culture,and finally complete a clear and complete introduction to Gaogouli's sports culture.The sports cultural characteristics are also clearer,which leads to a better understanding of Gaogouli culture.
