In recent years, the crime rate of our country is rising constantly, the crime form is also changing constantly, the number of related prisoners is also increasing, and some problems about the minor children of prisoners are more and more concerned by governments, experts and society at all levels. At present, the relevant research on the juvenile children of prisoners mainly focuses on social assistance and ideological education guidance, while the research on the juvenile children of prisoners focuses on mental health, but few people pay attention to their anti Strike ability caused by internal and external reasons. As the name implies, adversity resistance refers to the ability of a person to deal with adversity in a correct and rational way,and to deal with emergencies in a correct way,so as to solve problems. For the minor children of prisoners, resilience is a very necessary ability, they are easy to receive more blows and setbacks than ordinary people. Therefore, the low resilience can easily lead to the ideological and behavioral deviation of the minor children of prisoners, which not only affects their healthy development, but also may lead them astray. To sum up,we need to pay enough attention to the phenomenon that the level of resilience of minor children of prisoners is low. This study focuses on the minor children and resilience of prisoners.Firstly,it sets up the relevant research, summarizes and analyzes the research results of various scholars, and focuses on the research results of the minor children of prisoners in the relevant fields of social work.On the basis of these data, the service object of this study was measured by the Resilience Scale to understand the current situation of the service object's resilience level.Combined with the relevant data collected, the causes and problems of the low level of the service object' s resilience were analyzed.Through the analysis,it is found that the scores of internal and external protection factors are low, which shows that the poor external environment and internal support lead to the low level of resilience. Therefore, the researchers combined with the basic situation of the service object, using psycho-social treatment mode, and comprehensive advantage perspective, ecosystem theory,to carry out relevant services for the service object.Through twenty-two case service activities, this study conducted interviews with service objects, their families, teachers and peers to provide services, mainly to help service objects improve their self-confidence and self-knowledge,external environment, communication and cooperation ability and problem-solving ability,so as to improve the level of resilience of service objects.According to the evaluation of the service results, the use of case work professional methods to intervene in the improvement of the resilience level of the service object has significant effect. The service object improves self-confidence,obtains certain external environment relations and support, and can carry out normal communication and cooperation with others, and can face the problems and difficulties encountered directly and solve them. Finally, this study also reflects on the three aspects:professional method, psychosocial treatment model and ethical dilemmas, recognizes the inadequacies of services, and draws relevant conclusions, including:the intervention should be combined with case work and group work;the social environment should be improved and the phenomenon of "labeling" should be reduced through publicity and advocacy;the development of school social work should be promoted;we should support the construction and development of judicial social workers.Case work plays an important role in improving the level of resilience of minor children of prisoners, and also provides reference for other types of groups to carry out relevant research.
