With the constantly deepening of curriculum reform in China,the current class teaching has started great changes.The revolution of class teaching inevitably ask new requirements for class teaching management.However,in the class teaching management of "morality and rule of law",some problems still exist,such as dull class atmosphere,teachers' authority controlling,low efficiency of activities and so on,these problems have severely prohibited the reform of class teaching and the realization of the unique educational value of "morality and rule of law".Improvement of the class teaching management of "morality and rule of law" is urgent to promote the class teaching of "morality and rule of law" and the development of students' moral character.This study of research and investigation was based on J middle school in Shuangliu district of Chengdu.In order to understand the classroom teaching management problems of "morality and rule of law" in J middle school,the author refers to a large number of literatures,from four aspects which are The teacher's teaching,the students' learning,class interaction,class teaching atmosphere to conducts a questionnaire survey on the current situation of classroom teaching management of "morality and rule of law" in J middle school.At the same time,combining classroom observation and teacher interviews to analyzes the existing problems and their causes.Through investigation and research,it was found that the class teaching management of "morality and rule of law" in J middle school has problems with weak management consciousness,lack of standardization,lacking of teacher self-management,motivation and learning enthusiasm,bad interaction,dull atmosphered and the lack of democracy and so on.The causes of these problems are as follows: teachers have a wrong understanding of "morality and rule of law" classroom teaching management,the teacher's class teaching management abilities are insufficient,the influence of psychological characteristics and thinking characteristics of teenagers,and the adversefactors in the moral education atmosphere of family and society.Aiming at the causes of the problems in the classroom teaching management of morality and rule of law in J middle school,the author proposes the following improvement strategies :(1)accurately understand the particularity of "morality and rule of law" about class teaching management.(2)improve teachers' class teaching management ability.(3)highlight the main role of students in class teaching management and create a democratic classroom atmosphere.(4)cooperate with other parties to build a good moral education atmosphere.
