Classroom questioning is the main way of interaction between teachers and students in teaching activities,and also an important means to achieve teaching goals.It refers to a kind of teaching behavior that promotes students’ participation in learning and understanding of their learning state,enables students to understand and grasp knowledge and inspire thinking,so as to develop students’ abilities in classroom teaching.Junior high school is a critical period for young people’s moral cognition and value judgement.Junior middle school moral and rule of law curriculum as an important part of national moral education curriculum,plays a decisive role in promoting the all-round development of students’ knowing,knowing and doing.Classroom questioning is often an important breakthrough for morality and rule of law teachers to understand students’ thinking trends,help them guide students to establish correct values and make the right value choices.The first part: introduction.This paper mainly expounds the research questions of junior middle school morality and rule of law classroom questioning strategy,puts forward the research significance,research status at home and abroad,theoretical basis,research ideas and methods and innovations.The second part: the junior middle school morality and the rule of law classroom questions related overview.This paper mainly discusses classroom questioning and the meaning of questioning in moral and rule based classroom in junior middle school,and on this basis,it analyzes the ideological characteristics of Classroom Questioning in junior high school moral and rule based classroom.The four principles of enlightenment,life and practice are four aspects of teachers’ professional growth,the improvement of students’ thinking ability,the realization of teaching objectives and the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship.The third part: through the questionnaire,interview and classroom observation,summarizes the problems of the current junior high school classroom questioning the morality and law are mainly concentrated in three aspects in the design process,students,questions,and aiming at these problems cause analysis.The fourth part: combined with junior high school moral and rule of law teaching case,it puts forward feasible suggestions and improvement methods for classroom questioning.It is put forward that teachers’ professional quality is the key to solving problems,pursuing the refinement of problem design,enhancing the skills of classroom questioning,and paying more attention to after-school reflection.At the same time,building harmonious classroom teacher-student relationship is also a guarantee for classroom questioning to be carried outsmoothly and effectively.Teachers should strive to create an equal and democratic classroom atmosphere,enhance emotional communication between teachers and students,and build a good relationship between teachers and students.Finally,we should improve the degree of students’ attention to the subject,pay attention to the cultivation of the critical and innovative consciousness of the junior high school students,and cultivate the students’ thinking ability.In conclusion,questioning in moral education and rule of law class in junior middle school is an important part to promote the realization of moral and rule of law teaching objectives,to enhance emotional communication between teachers and students,and to enhance students’ awareness,consciousness and conduct in an all-round way.Teachers need to be highly valued by teachers.
