In September 2016,China's core literacy framework was promulgated and the publication of core literacy pointed out the direction for China to continue to deepen the reform of basic education curriculum and provided specific guidance for the formation of core literacy in various disciplines.The general high school chemistry curriculum standard(2017 edition)clearly states that the high school chemistry curriculum should take the development of students' core quality of chemistry as the main purpose,attach importance to the teaching based on "quality",respect students' personality,and set the high school chemistry curriculum content to meet the diverse needs of students.The new curriculum standard also emphasizes that the school can design characteristic schoolbased courses according to the needs of students' own chemistry learning and the characteristics of local economic and cultural construction.School-based curriculum can reflect the educational concept and teaching characteristics of a school,so the development of school-based curriculum should focus on cultivating students' core qualities of each discipline.However,although the study of school-based curriculum is a hot topic and core literacy is also the focus of educational researchers in recent years,the study of school-based curriculum and core literacy have not been organically combined.This study investigate the development of high school chemistry school-based curriculum implementation present situation of ChengDu,points out its existing problems,and combined with related theory,design a set of high school chemistry school-based curriculum based on the core literacy,in order to school innovative talent training power,as the core accomplishment of high school chemistry school-based curriculum development and implementation of provide the scientific reference and reference.The first part expounds the reform spirit of the country,and then puts forward the research topic.At the same time,the purpose and significance of the research,research content,research ideas and methods are expounded.The second part is the definition of the core concept of the research,the overview of the research status at home and abroad and the theoretical basis of the development of school-based curriculum.In the third part,based on the survey of teachers and students on the implementation of the school-based chemistry curriculum in ChengDu,the author points out that the school-based chemistry curriculum in this school has some problems,such as weak development ability of teachers,lack of cooperation spirit,unclear evaluation system of school-based curriculum,and inadequate implementation of core qualities.The fourth part is the development of school-based chemistry curriculum based on core literacy.Firstly,the thesis summarizes the relevant theories of school-based curriculum development,including the development model,guiding ideology,development principles,and the basis and principles of content selection.The second is the case study of the development of school-based chemistry curriculum in combination with the specific school situation,the analysis of teaching situation,the development of curriculum objectives,the development of "chemistry and society" school-based curriculum.A complete teaching case is designed for food additives and traditional energy and new energy.The fifth part is the conclusion of the research.The practical results show that the school-based course of chemistry and society,based on students' interests,meets students' learning needs and promotes the bilateral development of teachers and students.It is necessary and feasible to integrate the concept of core quality into the development and implementation of school-based chemistry curriculum.
