Sports training is an important part of sports industry in our country,and it is also a useful supplement of school extracurricular sports.Improving the quality of extracurricular sports training has an important value for the development of sports education.At present,there are relatively more evaluation tools for school physical education courses,but less for physical training.In recent years,SOFIT evaluation system has been introduced into our country,because it conforms to the teaching concept of "student development as the center" in modern physical education teaching,so it is considered to be more suitable for the application in primary and secondary school physical education classroom in our country.Based on the SOFIT evaluation system,this paper studies the application of children's Taekwondo training course,and discusses the intervention and effect evaluation of Sofi evaluation system on Taekwondo training class.n this study,90 students of 6 children's Taekwondo classes in Meilanchun talent College of Changzhou City were trained in the process of Taekwondo training and the results were observed with SOFIT evaluation system.In the study,the experimental class was intervened and recorded by the way of control observation,while the control class was only recorded and not intervened.From the aspects of students' activity level,classroom environment and teachers' intervention,the results show that:The time of sitting and standing in the experimental class decreased significantly(P < 0.05),and the time of vigorous activity and MVPA increased significantly(P < 0.01).The time of classroom management decreased significantly(P < 0.05),and the time of physical training increased significantly(P < 0.05).There was no significant change in the activity level of the students in the control class,the time for explaining knowledge in class increased significantly(P < 0.01),and the time for teachers to promote extracurricular activities increased significantly(P < 0.05).The results of Taekwondo yellow belt grade 8 in the experimental class changed significantly(P < 0.05),from 70.00 ± 7.53 to 76.42 ± 5.88;the results of Taekwondo yellow green belt grade 7 in the experimental class changed significantly(P < 0.05),from 65.00 ± 6.52 to 70.13 ± 7.47;the results ofTaekwondo green belt grade 6 in the experimental class changed significantly(P< 0.01),from 63.59 ± 5.93 to 69.71 ± 6.43.There was no significant change in the control class.The results of peof observation in the experimental class show that students' classroom behavior has changed positively.Based on the research results,it is concluded that:1.SOFIT evaluation system can be used in children's Taekwondo training courses.Although it lacks the evaluation process of teaching objectives,it is easy to operate,convenient for feedback and conducive to improving teaching quality.2.In the process of children's Taekwondo training,using SOFIT evaluation system for classroom intervention can improve the value of MVPA,control the classroom management time,create a good classroom environment,increase physical training time,change students' interest and enthusiasm to participate,so as to improve the level of physical activity.1.The final evaluation test score of Taekwondo training can not be the only standard to evaluate students.There are individual differences among students.In the evaluation process,the combination of SOFIT evaluation system and other evaluation tools can play the incentive function of evaluation.
