The Research Of Primary And Secondary School Gym Class Quality Evaluation Based On SOFIT Method

The national students' physical health test results and the conscription examination data show that the physical health condition of Chinese students continue declining in recent years.In order to make the situation better,this thesis try to improve students' exercise in physical education class from the perspective of improving the quality of physical education class,hoping in the future gradually improving students' physical health level,and making the students to enjoy sports,and to have the good habit of lifelong physical exercise.In order to improve the quality of physical education class,the first thing is to improve quality evaluation method which adapt to the present situation of the gym class.So this article studies the development history of physical education quality evaluation in china and abroad,in view of the current situation of the development of our country gym class,drawing lessons from foreign advanced sports class quality evaluation concept,and then introduce the SOFIT system observing three types of data:student activity,lesson context,and teacher behavior,combined with the work sampling principle,to determine the sample size before observation,ensuring the accuracy and precision of observation data.Then on the basis of the observation data of the statistics,analysis from two aspects of teachers' behavior and the classroom environment in physical education class to improve students' exercise.Finally base on the experimental data statistical analysis,attempt to establish a new method of gym class quality evaluation,which is more objective and timely,and beneficial to increase the amount of students' exercise on gym class,in order to gradually improve the students' physical health level.
