In 2011,there were many concepts of 'Micro-video' in domestic teaching aspects.Especially on the foundation education,the 'Micro-video' had been developed and considered.However,there were several problems shown on the 'Micro-video 'development.Such as the problem of utilitarian competition,the conflict between the leading relationship between micro-video teaching and teacher teaching,and the high threshold of micro-video production technology.The above problems restrict the application of micro-video in classroom teaching,and even affect the willingness of front-line teachers to develop micro-video resources.In June 2019,the Tick Tok short-video platform,gethering with Communication University of China and China Education Television,jointly released the "Encyclopedia of Growth-Research Report on Short-Video Socialization and Youth Education",and appeared a short-video of educational content belonging to the basic education domain.This type of video has a wide audience,video occupies less memory,and the content is easy to disseminate,making production less difficult compared to micro-video.Because the front-line classroom teaching lacks a set of corresponding evaluation indicators,and the current short-videos of educational content are not completely oriented to classroom teaching.Therefore,this study first selects short teaching videos suitable for classroom from short-videos of educational content and analyzes the content.Then,based on the 2017 version of the "Generic Technology" course standard,the micro-video and popular science micro-video evaluation indicators are used as a reference to develop a preliminary evaluation index.The Delphi method is used to improve the index system,and then the analytic hierarchy process is used to confirm the index weight.Its purpose is to guide the selection of short teaching videos suitable for the classroom through the relevant indicators,or to guide the development of practical short teaching videos,which can be reasonably applied to the classroom of basic education.Because the content of "General Technology" is close to life,the characteristics of popular science are obvious and similar to the content of current short-videos of educational content.In the research and application stage,"General Technology" was selected as an example and applied in S Middle School in Dongguan,Guangdong Province.The evaluation index of this study was used to calculate the comprehensive evaluation index for overall evaluation,and the scores of each secondary index were collected through a questionnaire.The application results show that the teaching short-video can meet the teaching needs in the classroom teaching,and has a certain effect,but there is a certain degree of difficulty in application.Teaching short-videos can play the characteristics of audiovisual information and video content,and can better assist teachers in teaching.Finally,combined with the application results,an application strategy is proposed from the perspective of reserve and development of short teaching videos.
