As the hard core of the modernization of education,teachers shoulder the significant responsible for pushing forward the development of education.Famous teachers represent the advanced group of teachers.They not only perform the mission of teaching knowledge and cultivating the next generation excellently,but also play the radiation effect,model effect and incentive effect in the development of other ordinary teachers,which is sufficient to guide and lead the development of teachers.The growth of famous teachers is a process in which they need to continuously improve themselves and strive to achieve the set goals through continuous learning and making full use of various opportunities,platforms and resources under the established environment.Exploring the growth process of famous teachers refers to that ordinary teachers can see and learn the growth path and methods of famous teachers.This paper mainly takes three famous teachers in Kunming city of Yunnan province as the research object,studies the process of their growth in teaching,analyzes the stages and influencing factors of their growth in teaching,and summarizes the path of their growth.This research tries its best to find the way for famous teachers to grow up in teaching,thus contributing to teachers' development and educational progress.The paper can be divided into four parts to explore and summarize the growth path of famous teachers in teaching.The first part: Introduction.This paper contrapuntally sorts out the reasons for the topic selection,literature review,core concepts,theoretical basis and research methods,furthermore it analyzes and summarizes the previous research conclusions related to the growth of famous teachers.The second part: Narrates the story of the famous teacher's growth stage.This paper uses interviews to know about the growth stories of the three famous teachers,then combines the cycle theory of teacher career development and the stage model of teacher career,point at the growth experiences of the three teachers and analyzes andsummarizes these,thus their growth stages can be divided into five stages: pre-service stage,guidance stage,capacity-building stage and growth stage,career stability and stagnation stage,and career renewal stage.In each stage,the three teachers do different things,meet different people in the same process,and all succeed in shaping themselves.Part III: Analysis of the factors affecting the growth of famous teachers.Considering the stages of the growth of famous teachers,summarize the factors that affect the growth of famous teachers.First,external factors,which include policy support,support from important others,school environment support and family environment support.The second is the internal factors,which mainly include teachers' self-development consciousness,educational feelings,teaching accumulation,and the persistent quality in characteristic.Finally,take the characteristics of external factors and internal factors as the foundation,this paper analyzes the reasons that affect the growth of famous teachers from the gender perspective.Part IV: Summarizes the path of the growth of famous teachers.By exploring the growth stages and influencing factors of famous teachers,the paper puts forward the path to promote the growth of famous teachers.It can be said that whether it is policy resources and platforms,school leadership and environment,or teachers' personal ideology,it can be regarded as the paving stone for the growth of famous teachers.Opportunities and abilities are both indispensable to becoming a famous teacher.
