With the evolution of the times,the state and society pay more and more attention to education.As a high-quality talents and core strengths,teachers have become the focus of social attention.As a top figure in the teaching team,the famous teachers have a high level of professional knowledge and professional ability to provide a successful example for the teaching team.The growth of famous teachers is a hot topic in the field of education.It is of great significance to research the growth process of famous teachers to improve the quality of education and the development of teaching team.This thesis adopts the narrative research method,takes a high school mathematics teacher as the research object,goes deep into the actual teaching environment and psychological world of Teacher T,and truly restores Teacher T teacher's growth process from a fresh teacher to a famous mathematics teacher through various means such as data collection,observation,interview and lecture.This thesis analyzes the characters of the development of career of Teacher T and the influencing factors of T teacher's growth.Furthermore,it sums up the particulars of Teacher T's growth,which provides valuable experience for the growth of teachers and the construction of teachingteam.This thesis is divided into five chapters to discuss the formation of educational beliefs in the path of Teacher T's growth.The first chapter mainly discusses the experience of Teacher T 's growth stage.Through the self-report of Teacher T,the narrative method is used to reproduce the personal career growth process of Teacher T.This is also the process of establishing Teacher T's educational beliefs.Through the evaluation of Teacher T by students,parents and colleagues,Teacher T teacher's unique personality "charm" is presented and summarized from the indirect side.The second chapter mainly discusses the characteristics of the stage of the growth of Teacher T.This part is based on Teacher T's life self-report,and divides Teacher T's growth into four stages.The whole stage features the word "belief".The third chapter mainly discusses the influencing factors of the growth of Teacher T.According to the analysis of the factors affecting the growth of famous teachers in the past,combined with Teacher T's unique personality "charm",the author thinks that Teacher T's firm educational belief is the most fundamental influencing factor,and then analyzes the four specific influencing factors of Teacher T's growth.The fourth chapter summarizes the core characteristics of Teacher T's career growth based on Teacher T's career growth process and regular patterns of the growth—a firm educationalbelief.The fifth chapter mainly summarizes the author's research conclusions and the enlightenment brought by the development of Teacher T's teacher to the development of teachers and the construction of teaching team.The author tries to adopt the narrative research method.The whole research strives to complete and true and accurately reproduce the career growth process of Teacher T,and provide valuable experience for the teachers who devote themselves to education.
