Teachers are one of the basic elements in teaching activities.The level of teachers directly affects the development of education.The Ministry of Education issued the "Opinions on the Implementation of the Excellent Teacher Training Program",which aims to cultivate a large number of good teachers with ideals,beliefs,moral sentiments,solid knowledge,and a benevolent heart.Excellent primary school teachers are the leaders in the group of primary school teachers.Research on outstanding primary school teachers can provide theoretical support for the professional development of primary school teachers,improve the teacher professional development system,provide primary school teachers with professional development experience and ideas,and promote personal improvement,So as to promote the improvement of the overall level of the teaching staff.At present,the research on outstanding teachers mainly includes research on their connotation,influencing factors and training mode,and some researches are conducted from a certain perspective.This article takes special-grade teachers of elementary school in W city as the research object,adopts narrative research in qualitative research,supplemented by interview method and document method.Through the analysis of the research object L teacher ' s career choice and educational background,he describes and researches his post-employment growth experience,uses attribution theory to attribute teachers ' professional growth,and analyzes physical and mental attitudes.Teachers' professional development plays a great role,such as Perseverance and love for education,the quality of facing difficulties,etc.This article concludes that there are three points in the growth path of outstanding primary school teachers.First,teachers should conduct reflective teaching and form a unique teaching style.Teachers should cherish teaching activities,reflect in time before,during and after the teaching activities,and at the same time broaden the reflection methods,achieve effective and in-depth reflection,and gradually form a style.Secondly,open up a variety of learning methods,such as learning the shining points of colleagues,learning from others,and the accelerator for teacher growth is to teach open classes,participate in training activities,and acquire teaching skills.In addition,participating in project research can help teachers accumulate for a long time and internalize teaching concepts.This article takes special-grade teachers at the primary school stage as an example,summarizes the growth laws of outstanding primary school teachers,and summarizes their growth paths.It is hoped that the exemplary and leading role of outstanding primary school teachers can be better played,which has reference value for the growth of the majority of primary school teachers.
