As an advanced group of teachers,famous teachers not only excellently practice the mission of teaching and educating people,but also can guide and lead the development of teachers.The growth of famous teachers is a process of constantly learning,practicing,perfecting and striving to achieve their goals in various environments.To explore the process of the growth of famous teachers is to enable ordinary teachers to see and learn the growth path of famous teachers.This study uses narrative research method as the main research method,and finally selects a famous primary school Chinese teacher in guanshanhu district as the research object.It makes a narrative exploration on the teacher's professional development experience and education and teaching career story,so as to interpret how the research object grows from an ordinary Chinese teacher to a famous Chinese teacher's professional development mechanism,and provide reference for the professional development of ordinary teachers It can be used for reference.First of all,based on the analysis of the real life,stories and general enlightenment of the professional development of Chinese teachers in primary education,this paper makes a systematic measurement and literature analysis of the research on the professional development of Chinese teachers at home and abroad,which provides theoretical support for this study.Secondly,the author takes teacher h,a famous Chinese teacher in Primary School of guanshanhu District of Guiyang City as the research object.Through long-term observation and interview of teacher h,the author collects the first-hand professional development information about teacher h,and then further classifies and analyzes the collected information.These information stories build up the history of teachers' professional development and provide reference for primary school teachers Through the study of teacher h's story,it is found that the main factors affecting teacher h and his professional development are external factors and internal factors.The external factors include key events;the system of education and the influence of family elders;the internal factors mainly include active professional development consciousness;unswerving educational belief;unremitting reflection ability.In addition,through the narrative analysis of teacher h's professional development process,the author comes to the conclusion that the ways of teacher h's professional development are:cultivating the ability of lifelong learning;cultivating the wisdom of education and teaching and taking development as the goal;active self-development consciousness;dedication,people-oriented;the most important thing is to uphold the belief in education.This study interprets the professional development of the famous primary school Chinese teacher h through the method of narrative research,hoping to enlighten the professional development of novice teachers.
