In 2017,the State Council issued the opinions on the implementation of the project of inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture(hereinafter referred to as the opinions).The opinions pointed out that the children's curriculum system should be the focus,and the children's books of Chinese culture should be compiled,so as to make the excellent traditional Chinese culture throughout the early childhood education.It is the general trend to choose local resources with regional characteristics and national culture as kindergartens to improve the quality of education and teaching,strengthen the construction of teachers,promote the development of characteristics and realize the overall development of children.This study takes the practice and exploration of D kindergarten in Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province as an example,aiming to explore and reveal in detail how kindergartens located in the border areas can carry out the kindergarten-based practice in depth in the context of preschool education reform,combined with the regional national cultural advantages,and find a way of characteristic development and sustainable development.This research adopts the method of educational narrative research,taking D kindergarten and Y kindergarten head as the research object,tracing the development process of the kindergarten head's career through vivid stories,realizing the difficulties and hardships of the education development in the frontier ethnic areas,sharing its successful experience,describing the kindergarten development of D kindergarten,and getting enlightenment and reference from it.There are six chapters in this study: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the reason of the topic,the definition of the concept,the literature review and the research design.The second chapter takes the personal growth experience of director y as the main line,telling the story and psychological journey from a preschool student to a kindergarten novice teacher and growing up to a mature teacher.The third chapter reveals how d kindergarten makes clear the goal anddirection of the development of Kindergarten Based on the exploration of key events and key nodes.The fourth and fifth chapters are the focus of this paper,focusing on the "four in one" practice path,and constructing the feasible road and obvious effect of the development of D Kindergarten Based on a series of fresh cases,data,and multi-party verification,and then demonstrating the foundation and conditions for the realization of sustainable development from three aspects of consolidating the foundation,comprehensive integration,and organizational construction.In the sixth chapter,on the basis of summary,reflection and sublimation,the author realizes the education feelings of Y director and condenses the experience of D kindergarten's practice and exploration,aiming at reshaping himself,enlightening others,looking forward to the future,and providing reference for the development of kindergarten director and preschool education in Frontier ethnic areas.
