Since the beginning of the 21 st century,China's socialist market economy has developed rapidly,and the demand for skilled talents in society has been increasing.Vocational education has become an important way for social and personal development.According to the investigation and study,however,the secondary vocational school graduates,Although the employment rate is high,the stability is poor,employment quality is generally low.Career maturity,as an important index to measure the characteristics and development level of individual career psychology,is an important factor affecting the quality of students' employment.Some studies have shown that future time perception and achievement motivation can affect students' career maturity,but the mechanism is not complete.Therefore,this study takes secondary vocational students as the research object to understand the current situation and relationship between their future time perspective,achievement motivation and career maturity,and then puts forward Suggestions for improving vocational students' career maturity.This research adopts the research method of combining quantitative research and qualitative research.Study used quantitative research,through convenience sampling selection of changzhi city,Shanxi Province and peng anxian county of sichuan province two survey was conducted among 630 students of vocational schools,the tools we use Lv Houchao,college 2014 compiled by the teenagers in the future time perspective scale,T.Jesme and R.Nyard preparation,Ye Minren revision "achievement motivation scale",Emily 2004 compiled by the middle school students' career maturity questionnaire to collect data on variables.On this basis,the paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the future time insight,achievement motivation and career maturity of secondary vocational students,and analyzes and discusses the relationship among them.In study 2,23 secondary vocational students were interviewed by qualitative research to further understand their career maturity.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The future time perception of secondary vocational students is generally at a medium level,in which the future is negative < future confusion < future plan <future positive < future persistence < future clarity.There were significant differences in the future time perception of secondary vocational students in gender,school,place of origin,grade,willingness to choose major,parents' educational level,and average monthly income of the family.2.The motivation of secondary job generation is at a medium level,in which failure avoidance and success pursuit.There are no significant differences in gender,origin of students,one-child,grade,willingness to choose major,and average monthly income of families.There are significant differences in education level between different schools and parents.3.The career maturity of secondary vocational students is generally at an intermediate level,among which stability < confidence < utilitarianism <independence < professional self-knowledge < initiative < professional world knowledge.Vocational maturity of secondary vocational students is significantly different in gender,school,grade,parents' educational level and family average monthly income,but there is no significant difference in the origin of students,whether the only child or not and the willingness to choose major.4.Among the three variables of future time perception,achievement motivation and career maturity,pairings of secondary vocational students have different degrees of correlation.5.There is a partial mediating effect between the future time perspective and career maturity of secondary vocational generation motivation.
