In modern society people spend most of the time in his career, career success has decisive impact on the person's lifetime.One of the important tasks of college education is to create conditions for college students' academic development and job search, give them the opportunity to explore and development themselves, gain self-planning and self-achievement, and spend four years of college life rich and meaningful.Career counseling look at the individual from the perspective of future and development, the effective development based on deep understanding of college student's characteristics of occupational psychology.Professional maturity is an important concept in career field. The study of Professional maturity is not only enhance the understanding of college student's characteristics of occupational psychology, promote the relevance and effectiveness to career counseling, but also provide new ideas for performance evaluation of college students' career counseling.This study is divided into two parts:Research 1:Select 900 undergraduates in Qufu Normal University as the research object, use the scale of college student's occupational maturity as research tool, discuss the development characteristics and training strategyof college student's professional maturity from grade, gender, major, urban and rural source, noly child and non-child and so on.Research 2:Select 900 undergraduates in Qufu Normal University as the research object, use the achievement motive scale ", "internal control sex, there are forces of others and opportunities scale" and "scale of college student's occupational maturity as research tools, discuss the impact on the degree of college student occupational maturity from college student's achievement motive and mental control.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) The overall development level of university student's professional maturity is not high, development between the various factors is uneven; the difference is significant among grade, gender, major, noly child and non-child; insignificant in urban and rural source.(2) The correlation is significant among college student's occupational maturity, achievement motive and mental control source, the achievement motive, avoid failure motivation, mental control source respectively on college students' professional maturity has good prediction to the degree of college student occupational maturity. (3) The path analysis of achievement motive, mental control source and college students' professional maturity conclude that the achievement motive, avoid failure motivation, mental control source respectively on college students' professional maturity has good prediction to the degree of college student occupational maturity. Motivation to succeed, avoid failure motivation, achievement motive and mental control source have indirect effect on the degree of college student occupational maturity.
