Education industry has achieved unprecedented rapid development,and has achieved all-round and historic achievements in China.It has realized the rapid development of the construction and application of the "three links and two platforms",the obvious improvement of the application ability of teachers' information technology,and the significant improvement of the level of information technology.The “five major advances” such as the promotion of education reform and development and the significant increase in international influence have been realized in the construction of educational information application model,the establishment of a mechanism for the participation of the whole society,and the development of educational informationization in line with national conditions.The "three major advances" have laid a solid foundation for the further development of education informatization in the new era.As a deep poverty-stricken area in the country's "three districts and three states",Linxia Prefecture has thoroughly implemented the spirit of the 19 th Party Congress in recent years,accelerated the modernization of education and the construction of a strong country of education,and promoted the development of educational information in the new era.After years of exploration and practice,The revolutionary impact of information technology on education has begun to appear,but there is still a big gap with the requirements of the new era.What factors have affected the development of teachers' informatization teaching ability? Does the teacher's informatization teaching ability meet the requirements of national informatization development,and does it meet the requirements of educational modernization? These issues are worth exploring.As a master of rural education in Dongxiang County of Linxia Prefecture for three years,I really felt the gap between Dongxiang County and other regions.Based on the educational observation and practical experience,I learned the information teaching of junior middle school teachers in Dongxiang County of Linxia Prefecture.The ability to conduct a status quo study.The research starts from the informationization teaching of junior high school in Dongxiang County of LinxiaPrefecture.Through questionnaires,interviews and classroom observations,this paper mainly analyzes the problems in the information hardware,software construction and teacher training in Dongxiang County,Linxia Prefecture.Proposed targeted strategy.Through this investigation and research,it is found that,in combination with the requirements of the state for information construction and the actual situation of the school,it puts forward the effect of strengthening training,improving the theoretical level and teaching ability of teachers' informatization teaching,and further promoting the sustainable development of teachers' informatization teaching ability.A sound performance appraisal system,comprehensive protection and implementation of the normalization and institutionalization of informatization teaching and other measures,with a view to promoting the development of informational teaching in primary and secondary schools in poverty-stricken areas and the improvement of teachers' informatization teaching ability.
