Learning power is the ability of people to acquire,share,use and create knowledge,it is the sum of learning motivation,learning perseverance,learning ability and learning creativity.The formation and development of students' learning power have great significance and value to the development of students' learning potential,the improvement of mental model and the promotion of school experience.But in practice,the research on the formation and development of students' learning power is a relatively deficient field at present,most of the existing research draws on the research results in the field of management,without relying on the characteristics and the needs of educational research form a series of operable theoretical and practical programs to improve students' learning power,in the practice of education the operability is weak.In this study,questionnaire,interview,object collection and classroom observation were used to study the formation of pupils' learning power.First of all,by reading and sorting out the literature,define the core meaning of "learning power ",get the elements of "learning power ",according to the elements of learning power,it is transformed into the survey dimension of questionnaire,a questionnaire on the current situation of students' learning power has been compiled,the current situation of learning power of students in grade 2-6 of school Z was investigated,a total of 1213 samples were collected,there are 1130 valid samples.By using SPSS 21.0 and SPSS-AMOS22.0,1130 valid questionnaires were analyzed,combined with interviews with teachers,classroom observation,teachers' classroom teaching situation and other physical collection,exploring the influencing factors of the formation and development of students' learning power,to propose an effective way to promote the formation and development of students' learning power,enrich existing research results.Summarize the current situation of primary school students' learning power,it is found that the learning power of Z school students is above the middle level in general and develops well.However,there are significant differences in the seven demographic variables,such as grade,gender,only child,class cadre,parents' education background,mother's occupation type,and enrollment of counseling class,based on the results of the questionnaire and the interview data of teachers and students in school Z,the researchers found that the main factors affecting the formation of students' learning power are students themselves,family,teachers and society,according to the theory of constructivism and the theory of double helix structure of learning power,the model of influencing factors of the formation of primary school students' learning power is constructed.It is found that students' individual background variables have a significant impact on the formation of learning power;students' independent development has a significant impact on the formation of learning power;there is a significant relationship between the level of family education ability and the formation of learning power;the core role of teachers is closely related to the formation of learning power;there is a potential relationship between simplified activity organization and the formation of learning power.In view of the problems existing in the formation of primary school students' learning power,from the five aspects of students,families,teachers,schools and society,the corresponding suggestions are put forward.We should pay attention to individual background variables of students to ensure the overall and balanced development of learning ability;grasp the learning stage differences of learning ability formation,so as to realize the accurate cultivation of learning power formation;improve the students' learning interest and self-control,so as to grasp the concrete formation of learning power;improve the function of family education to enhance the guarantee of learning power formation;enhance the cooperation among related subjects to improve the cooperation efficiency of learning power formation;optimize the organization of school activities to strengthen the relevance of the learning power formation.
