On The Educational Inviting Power From The College Students' Aspect

Teaching and learning is the core work in the college .If the education in the schools are inviting will greatly influence the school's survival and the students'development .this paper which is based on the investigation points out the problems in the education of the colleges . there are five parts in the paper , The first part illustrates the necessity of study on the inviting power , The second part illustrates the inviting power of"teaching",which includes concept defined, bibliography summary illustrated on the"invitation education"and the inviting power of the teacher, and curriculums . The third part illustrates the inviting power of the"procedure of teaching and learning",which includes the relation between the teachers and students, the teaching strategy,education management .the fourth part illustrates"learning"inviting power which includes learning material surrounding, learning source, learning air and etc. the conclusion shows that more than one-third of the students shows vague and medium attitude toward the investigation items .for the items of the curriculums arrangement, the conversations between teachers and students, learning air, and the evaluation on the students, the students shows low satisfactory. The colleges have a long way to go to improve the inviting power.
