Teaching life is an important part of a teacher's life.For a long time,the research of teaching theory pays more attention to the value of teaching to students and relatively ignores the emotional care of teachers.In fact,the status of teachers in teaching life is related to students' attitude towards real life and their choice of future life.From the perspective of life,teaching life is not only a means for teachers to make a living,but also a meaningful activity to promote the life development of students and teachers.In recent years,China's rural education has been greatly improved in terms of teaching facilities and teaching quality,which cannot be separated from the country's emphasis on rural education,but also from the persistence of rural teachers.Since the implementation of the "national training program for primary and secondary school teachers" in 2010,a large number of outstanding rural teachers have stood out in the selection activities of core teachers carried out by education administrative departments at all levels.They stick to their posts in ordinary teaching life and lead the teachers around to make progress together while giving play to their own advantages.In the past,we often fall into a thinking mode of "hiding the defects" when studying the core teachers in rural areas.However,as a dialectical researcher,we should pay more attention to their advantages in teaching life and realize the enlightenment of these advantages to other teachers' teaching life.Teaching life refers to the sum of all kinds of life activities that teachers constantly perfect and develop themselves in the specific field of school.Embodied in teachers' classroom teaching and daily life,so this research adopts case study method,selection of H elementary school three rural core teachers at the provincial level as the research object,through in-depth interviews,participatory observation,physical collection methods to collect data about the teacher's teaching life,to describe all three teachers teaching life.Based on this,the author analyzes the common characteristics of the teaching life of the three rural primary school core teachers from the perspective of teachers.In the aspect of teaching life time,it is manifested as the help of timely teaching reflection.In the aspect of teaching living space,the outstanding teaching ability guarantees teachers' teaching life.In the aspect of teaching life relationship,the positive teaching emotion nourishes teachers' teaching life.In order to help other teachers improve their teaching life,this study,based on thefour dimensions of teaching life and from the perspective of teachers' internal selfconstruction,puts forward some Suggestions for other teachers to improve their teaching life.Firstly,teachers should make clear the meaning of teaching life and establish correct teaching concepts.Secondly,teachers should reasonably plan their teaching life and form the habit of teaching reflection.Thirdly,teachers should take the initiative to carry out teaching life and improve their teaching ability.Finally,teachers should try their best to experience teaching life and cultivate positive teaching feelings.
