The Special Post program has been 13 years since the implementation,special Post teachers have injected fresh blood into rural schools,greatly alleviated the dilemma of rural teachers shortage,optimized the educational structure,age structure and discipline structure of rural teachers,and improved the whole quality of rural teachers.For teachers themselves,the teachers need to complete the transition from the ivory tower to the country school,from the superior college life to the environment of the country school that needs to be tested,from a college student to a special post teacher who needs to face dozens of pupils.In order to support material,a firm belief is needed,and spiritual life is particularly important for special teachers.A high quality spiritual life can guide teachers to better spend three years of adaptation.So,it is very necessary to explore the spiritual life of the rural special post teachers.In this study,the author carried out a case study of a rural special post teacher in the natural situation,the object of study allowed to collect their education notes,teaching logs,diary,WeChat circle of friends,QQ,at the same time,using interview and observation methods to collect the information needed in this study,from the views of special Gang teachers to their own profession,cultural students We should have a detailed understanding of the mental life of special post teachers in terms of living,emotional life and career ideals.During the two semesters of common life with the teachers of Y primary school,the author has a deeper understanding.Therefore,the author has shown the spiritual life conditions of teacher A,A special teacher from another countryside,and teacher C,A special teacher from the local community.It is found that the spiritual life of teachers in special posts has the following problems: first,as a cultural life of spiritual life,the spiritual resources are relatively scarce,the types are few and the forms are single,so that the cultural life of teachers in special posts is monotonous.Secondly,teachers in special posts have difficulties in emotional life: utilitarian interpersonal communication,lack of spiritual care for students;Thirdly,teachers in special posts have low professional identity,conflicting value orientation and lack of positive value guidance.In view of the above problems,this study puts forward corresponding improvement strategies: the school should develop rich and colorful cultural life,improve the school's cultural resources and facilities;The government and education departments should give both material and spiritual incentives to special-post teachers,and intensify pre-service training of special-post teachers.At the same time,teachers in special posts should correct their education concept,establish correct values,and awaken their spiritual consciousness and temperament through reflection,so as to improve their spiritual life.
