With the progress of society and the development of science and technology,Advanced information technology is penetrating into the systems of society,which has led to significant changes in the systems of society systems.And educational informatization,as an important factor of national informatization,is the basic condition to promote the modernization of the country.The construction of teachers' information technology application ability is the key factor of educational informatization and the necessary professional requirement for teachers' ability development in the information society.However,due to history,policy,resource endowment and other reasons,informatization in China is extremely uneven in the development of regional education,and information education in rural areas has become a weak link.Although the basic information hardware foundation of rural areas has been basically guaranteed in recent years,rural teachers' information application ability is obviously insufficient,the operation of information equipment is not skilled,the correct concept of information education is not established,and the application of information technology equipment and teaching can't be effectively combined.These become the important restriction factor of rural education informatization development.This study takes the rural teacher M of D Village S Primary School in Puyang County,Henan Province as the research object,carries on the case study.The purpose of this paper is to obtain a complete picture of the information of M teachers in the application of information-based teaching,throughing in-depth interview and integration observation,so as to summarize and sum up the experience and problems of M teachers in the process of improving the application level of information-based teaching,and to obtain the understanding of improving the application level of information-based teaching for rural teachers,in order to help the development of information-based teaching application in rural schools.This paper mainly deeply understand the current situation of M teachers teaching information application ability from the M teachers to the teaching information application methods,by means of in-depth interview,the m teacher's growth process was divided into different stages of development,and the analysis of different stages of development was made,and by adopting the method of integration observation,the teaching of M teachers' daily classroom and open class were participated in and recorded to get the factors that affect the ability of information teaching.Combined with the research results of this paper,the conclusions are as followS:the development of teachers' teaching information application ability is a continuous process,and the factors affecting their progress are external and internal.External factors mainly include the promotion of key events,the students' cooperation with teachers in the process of teaching information application,the influence of important people and the attitude of colleagues and schools,while internal factors include the ability to use teaching information application equipment,the application of teaching information application methods and their own attitude towards teaching information.Therefore,it is suggested that in promoting the development of rural primary school teachers' teaching informatization ability,we should pay equal attention to the two aspects of school and teachers themselves,so as to promote the continuous development of rural primary school teachers' teaching informatization ability.
