Educational life as a part of teachers' lives is the important composition of teachers' lives,which affects the living quality and level of teachers.As our country carried out the Duty Policy,the rural education has had a very big development.In this paper we will find the problems existed in the rural educational life by studying the present situation of the rural education.Based on that,this paper studies and analyzes the causes of these problems trying to find the effective ways to improve the quality of duty teachers' teaching life.The text introduces the status of S middle school and the situation of the duty teacher L explaining why choose them as research subjects,and emphatically introduces the present situation of teacher L's classroom teaching as well as the relationship between teachers and parents,etc.Followed by 11 cases that teachers in rural teaching problems in life,including special teachers carefully in class is to cope with problems of students,teachers lack of management method of students,teachers teaching means improper use,teachers teaching method to improve,especially teachers prepare lessons during don't have enough education resources available,teachers extracurricular counselling difficult experience,teachers in rural middle school on duty encountered difficulties in life,rural cultural knowledge to promote students' parents,lack of the rural family education,to improve rural parents education way,by most special teachers in teaching the learning problem difficult to solve.Finally put forward the corresponding solution strategy: need to improve teachers themselves;To improve the rural family education mode;Schools should make corresponding efforts;last,the government and the state need to make efforts to improve the quality of duty teachers' teaching life.This paper goes deep into understand the research object by means of interview,investigation,observation and theoretical research method.Through sorting out and analyzing the relevant information it put forward its own opinions.From the perspective of rural teacher's teaching life,this study adopts the method of narrative research.It makes a reality rural middle school teacher as an example using the narrative research method represent teacher L's teaching life,which can make us understand rural duty teacher and their present situation.By analyzing the cause of these problems,we an put forward to solving ways to improve the teaching quality of rural teachers and then make them work better in the countryside.This is the practical significance of the paper.
