Calisthenics is a new physical activity that is manifested by rhythmic physical activity with the rhythm of physical activity,accompanied by healthy rhythm and bodybuilding.Integrate the characteristics of art,aesthetics and fashion.Aerobics courses are also very popular in ordinary colleges and universities.The teaching of aerobics is based on the teaching of basic techniques and skills.The teaching content and methods have always been based on the extension of traditional content and methods.With the reform of school physical education and the continuous development of aerobics,some problems and disadvantages that have existed in aerobics teaching for a long time have also been constantly revealed.For example,the teaching content has always been based on the routines prescribed by the public exercise standards,the content is too old,and the teaching is also based on the conventional teaching methods of aerobics,the teaching method is too simple and lacks interest,although the traditional teaching content and methods have it It has its own advantages,but I have to admit that with the rapid changes and development of the times,the problems of repetition,obsolescence,and dullness of aerobics content have gradually made students lose their interest and freshness in learning.In the process of teaching,teachers appear to be "powerless",while students learn "powerless".Faced with such a teaching dilemma,the problems that we urgently need to solve are how to reawaken students' interest in aerobics learning,how to update the aerobics teaching content,innovative teaching methods and methods,and how to enable students to improve their bodybuilding in a pleasant classroom atmosphere Exercise ability,forming good physical exercise habits,and promoting the overall development of students' physical and mental qualities are urgent problems to be solved and studied.The interest of each sport is objective,and the specific forms of expression are different.The fun of aerobics itself is mainly reflected in the harmonious unity of music rhythm and action rhythm,commonly known as "stepping on point".Therefore,this research starts with the interesting teaching of aerobics,and will design the experimental content and teaching methods by combining with the aerobics' own interesting elements.Introduce interesting teaching content and methods in differentteaching links of aerobics classes,in order to stimulate students' aerobics learning motivation and cultivate students' interest in learning,and improve the aerobics teaching effect.It is expected that this research will gain some benefits in the exploration of teaching theory and teaching practice of aerobics.In this paper,research is conducted through research methods such as literature method,interview method and questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method,and the conclusions are as follows.1.Through the fun teaching of aerobics,students' understanding and mastery of aerobics techniques are promoted,which is mainly reflected in the proficiency of the movement,the coordination of the movement,the fit of the music and the rhythm of the movement,and the improvement of the movement standardization.2.The fun teaching of aerobics meets the needs of students' physical and mental health.The subjective experience of students in the aerobics learning process has been significantly improved.The positive sense of happiness has also reduced the students' psychological anxiety and fatigue during learning,and mobilized students to participate in bodybuilding The enthusiasm and initiative of learning.Therefore,the effect of fun teaching is better than traditional physical education.3.Interesting teaching of aerobics can significantly enhance students' positive emotions in aerobics learning and effectively reduce the negative emotions of students' aerobics learning,promote students' attention to aerobics and participation in extracurricular activities,so as to make students interested in aerobics learning The level is improved.4.Interesting teaching of aerobics can improve students' physical exercise attitude,especially reflected in three aspects of goal attitude,behavior attitude and emotional experience.
