Abstract/Summary:
In 2001,the Ministry of Education promulgated the Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial),and the new curriculum reform kicked off.The new curriculum reform requires the establishment of a "student-oriented" teaching concept and the realization of a comprehensive change in the role of teachers,student status and teaching methods.This not only puts forward the requirement to the teacher,also put forward the new challenge to the school teaching management work.Understanding the secondary development of teacher materials through classroom observation and interviews,the study of teachers' motivation,behavior,and effect in the secondary development of teaching materials can promote teaching management from three aspects: promoting teachers 'professional growth,promoting teaching concept innovation,and improving teaching quality.In this study,a history teacher from K Middle School was selected as the research object,the method of narrative research shows the formation process of the secondary development of W teachers' teaching materials.The teacher went from the embryonic stage of the new "teaching material view" to the exploration stage of the simple adjustment of the teaching material content to the mature stage of the comprehensive development of the teaching material content,and continued to deepen the secondary development of teaching materials.W teachers are good at theoretical learning,diligent in teaching reflection,and have a sense of professional growth.These have promoted the formation and development of his secondary development ability in teaching materials.However,the heavy teaching tasks and the lack of support from teaching and research groups also restrict the secondary development of W teachers 'teaching materials.The secondary development of teaching materials is not blind.W teachers in the process of secondary development of teaching materials embody the principles of following the curriculum standards,meeting the needs of learning conditions,and respecting the basic structure of teaching materials.In the development process,there are both the overall development of teaching materials and the adjustment of teaching materials chapters.From its effect,it has a positive role in promoting innovation in teaching methods,helping teachers grow professionally,and cultivating students 'learning initiative.The experience of the secondary development of W teachers 'teaching materials has also brought enlightenment to teaching management.As a teaching manager,we should perfect the teaching management system from the two aspects of implementing regular management and clear reward and punishment system,innovate the teaching model from the two aspects of teaching autonomy and active promotion of teaching and research activities,and guide teachers 'professional growth by carrying out mentoring activities and establishing peer support mechanisms.
