Korea, a neighbouring country of China in the same Asian culture circle, has a long history of learning Chinese. In recent years, with the on-going development and passion of learning Chinese, the learners of Chinese in Korea are younger and younger, more and more primary schools begin to set up the curriculum in Chinese. In2012when China and Korea established diplomatic relations, they signed an agreement of “CPIK”---Chinese Program In Korea. Since the program began, Jeollanamdo in Korea has played an active role in it. Every year, there are40percent of CPIK teachers distributed all over the Jeollanamdo, so the Chinese education in primary school in this area is growing vigorously. But at the same time, there existed some problems. With the method of research and study, questionnaire survey and interviewing, the thesis makes a investigation current situation of Chinese education about CPIK teachers in Jeollanamdo, concludes the problems, puts forward the corresponding solutions to the curriculum provision of the pre-employment training of CPIK and the post-employment supervision and administration system.The thesis consists of five parts. Part one is the introduction. It introduces the research purpose and meaning, illustrates the research status with the method of consulting document literature, and then concludes the related research work. Part two is about the research design and its implement. According to the different respondents, questionnaires for teachers and students are respectively designed. Part three explains the current situation of Chinese education in Jeollanamdo.Part four provides the solutions, illustrating from four angles. Part five is to show the disadvantages of pre-employment training of CPIK according to the real feedbacks from CPIK teachers, then provides the suggestions for the pre-employment training so as to help to arrange the training curriculum reasonably and offer more supports for CPIK teachers.According to the survey of current situation of Chinese education about CPIK teachers in Jeollanamdo, the thesis offers many suggestions, which may help to promote the Chinese education in Jeollanamdo, help CPIK teachers familiar themselves with the real situations in Jeollanamdo and help richen the research materials in the related areas to offer the reference to the education planning in the future.
