For the moral education of junior high school students,education disciplinary is an indispensable educational method.Junior high school students in adolescence are the key period of personality shaping.The rational use of education punishment in junior high school teachers can play an irreplaceable role in students' ideological and moral education.This paper mainly studies the attitudes and practices of junior high school teachers on education disciplinary punishment,finds out the problems encountered by junior high school teachers in implementing education punishment,and explores scientific and reasonable education disciplinary methods.Taking 400 junior high school teachers in Changsha as the survey object,the junior high school teachers are engaged in the implementation of education disciplinary status,existing problems and how to implement education punishment.After research,it is found that there are many problems of lack of moral education in the process of implementing education disciplinary in junior high school teachers.For example,the problem of “disqualification” in education disciplinary education in the process of moral education,the implementation of educational disciplinary deviation from moral education,and reasonable education and punishment often suffer from irrational treatment.and many more.These problems have been analyzed from the lack of laws and regulations,the misunderstanding of the education environment of the parents of students,and the problems of the lack of junior high school teachers' self-cultivation and the disciplinary punishment of education.In response to these problems faced by junior high school teachers in the implementation of educational discipline,this paper puts forward suggestions from several aspects.First of all,from a global perspective,it is proposed to properly learn from other countries' advanced education and punishment experience to improve the implementation of China's legal and institutional guarantee education and punishment.Secondly,from the junior high school teachers themselves,it puts forward some detailed suggestions on the implementation of educational disciplinary measures for junior high school teachers: strengthen vocational education to establish a correct education and punishment concept,standardize the educational disciplinary methods of junior high school teachers;establish exchange and cooperation mechanismbetween junior high schools and let junior high school teachers We can explore flexible and flexible education disciplinary methods together;improve the implementation of education disciplinary tracking research,junior high school teachers must reflect on themselves after disciplinary action;and can learn excellent typical cases and enhance the artistic implementation of educational disciplinary punishment.Finally,from the perspective of the educational environment composed of the school family society,several suggestions for optimization are put forward:regular training and education for parents,correcting the educational disciplinary concept of parents;establishing a special education and punishment mechanism for communication between home and school;usually focusing on guiding parents to rationally treat junior high school students Violations.From the aspects of law,teachers themselves,and the educational environment,we will explore how to make junior high school teachers better educate junior high school students.
