HZ Research On Business Model Of Educational Consulting Enterprises

The master's degree training system in our country is mainly divided into academic master's degree and professional master's degree,but all along,more emphasis is placed on academic degree education and less on professional degree education.Until the beginning of 2010,the Ministry of Education made appropriate adjustments to this enrollment phenomenon,that is,based on the premise of determining the total number of master's students enrolled in 2009,the number of academic master's students will be reduced,and the number of professional master's students enrolled will be increased accordingly.The specific figure is 38,000.In the following years,this figure has continued to expand.In other words,the number of academic masters shows a declining trend year by year.Correspondingly,the number of professional masters is increasing year by year.The MBA is a Master of Business Administration and is a professional master's degree.The goal of such a master's degree program is to export real,high-calibre,practical people who can handle the complexities of economic management.The introduction and development of Chinese MBA education are inseparable from China's reform and opening up after 1978.Since the reform and opening up,China's economic situation has undergone tremendous changes.China is gradually moving toward industrialization from a typical agricultural country.The "boss" that first emerged from the booming development of township enterprises and individual enterprises is quietly changing to "entrepreneurs." Facing the transformation and rapid development of enterprises,the quality of managers in enterprises is becoming increasingly prominent.Domestic enterprises urgently need high quality,truly understand the scientific management of personnel to fill the management files.The "MBA" has always been regarded as the incarnation or synonym of "management talent." Most bosses hope that their managers will become "MBA" like management talents,or hope to recruit an MBA.In the third chapter,the author analyzes the production and development of MBA education in China,the classification of MBA pre-examination counseling institutions,and introduces the business model of three major MBA pre-examination counseling institutions.Finally,it introduces the HZ educational consulting enterprises in detail and points out the significance of analyzing the business model of HZ educational consulting enterprises.In the fourth chapter of this paper,nine key elements of HZ educational consulting enterprises are analyzed in detail,and the validity of its business model is discussed.The fifth chapter of this article discusses the profit model of HZ educational consulting enterprises in detail.It starts from three aspects: income structure analysis,cost structure analysis,and target profit of the enterprise.It defines the main profit points of the enterprise and lays the foundation for the optimization solution for the sixth chapter.In the sixth chapter of this article,after analyzing the industry situation and business model of HZ educational consulting enterprises,the feasibility and advantages of HZ educational consulting enterprises 'business model are clarified.However,through the analysis of its profit model,it also found that it needs to be optimized and further improved.We find that by improving the customer source of HZ educational consulting companies,taking measures to deal with the impact of online education and how to guide students 'lifelong learning habits,and further strengthening the linkage with business schools,we ensure the continued profitability of HZ educational consulting companies.Business models need to be more optimized.
